No, it’s been wet, grey and the wind is still cold

I usually manage to escape to somewhere with a sky that you can see, but been feeling too crappy to travel this year

I’m not liking this getting dark before 9pm business either 😕

Had a quick look but far too many toerags leaving their lights on all night to get a good view of anything

How much of an improvement is electronic shifting?

It seems to me like a solution for a problem then doesn’t really exist

Is it not like electronic car handbrakes – what’s the point?

It also seems like something that wouldn’t be fixable or respond very well to a bodge by the roadside

You can’t really compare it to rim v disc brakes

I don’t know what is going on with The Independent

I seem to remember it as a decent newspaper

Woke up, front wheel bent, both tyres punctured, helmet hanging off

He still has no idea what happened

    Get yourself checked out

    I completely sympathise with you

I have a lot more of those days than I would like

    I’m also short of friends

It’s difficult, but with the downs come the ups

Riding somewhere quiet and beautiful usually helps a bit

It is a very racist country

The attitudes seem very backwards to me. It’s like going back a good few generations to colonial times over here.

One young woman, a friend of a friend, had absolutely no qualms in telling me she hates blacks. I said to her how can you hate someone that you don't know or haven't met? to which she replied ‘I don’t want to meet them, they’re black’. Unbelievable

A lot of the recent Americanisms of our language

‘Pissed’ to mean annoyed – it’s ‘pissed off’, pissed means drunk

‘Can I get?’, as mentioned before. I don’t know, can you get? Why are you asking me? It’s HAVE

Also every bloody advert for a new film coming out. June two. No. It’s the second of June, or if you really must, June second. June two. You sound like you are two. Behave

    I really like them

A guy where I used to live drives around in one of them, he’s also got an old Chevy step side truck

After seeing his merc I started looking around for one for myself, they were all out of budget though

He’d be washing my car for a year to pay for the ipad

    Most definitely A

An ipad is an expensive luxury. He can’t think treating an expensive gift like that is ok

I’ve got a central heating one

It is a bit noisy, but nothing ridiculous, just squeaky until it gets going 😀

It’s a small kitchen and I didn’t want a radiator on the wall

That powder pink reminds me of that Nissan micra colour

On a positive note I like that you’ve done something individual

From a personal perspective – throwing loads of money at something and making it look like it’s a parts bin special
