I have noticed a steady decline in tesco over the past year or so

The fruit and veg is hit and miss at best

Tesco own brand stuff all seems full of sugar and salt

In the last month they have really pissed me off by stopping stocking lindt 90%

only trouble is, tesco is the only supermarket around here

my brother has owned around 5 or 6 and restored 3 of them

I had a clubman for a while, it was such a laugh

Like klunk I had the bonnet fly up on the motorway, 4 of us in it, and me doing about 80 with my head out of the window trying to get us over to the hard shoulder

Also remember going to Lincolnshire to a mini show in my brothers with the exhaust blowing at the front. We all had headaches for most of the day

And I remember the alternator dying on another friends mini while we were coming back to Glossop from Barnsley, at night, with no lights

They are cracking fun, and you forget about any problems as soon as you get behind the wheel

My brother let me borrow his 1380cc to go to work in for a few days, I always took the long way home, and always had a smile on my face

everyone is going to give you a different answer

I had Avid elixir cr and they were fine, but after all the horror stories on here I swapped them for some Hope M4. I found the Hopes wooden and not as positive as the avids even after bleeding

I have Formula The One now, after another recommendation and they are an absolute nightmare to bleed. I have tried it many times, using all the advice on here and there is still air in the rear

Also seems to be a lot of people saying bad things about Hayes, when they are the best brakes I have used, trouble free, easy to bleed and lasted me years. I would definitely have some more

my friend has one, lovely temperament, it does enjoy a good old chew though

So far its eaten the hood off a brand new, never worn gore tex jacket, and the new £40 sq/m kitchen flooring that had been down 2 days because he had just destroyed the previous one

    😀

I did Manchester to Warsaw a few weeks ago

    Manchester – Euston
St Pancras – Brussels – Cologne – Warsaw

It was a great way to travel. The time seemed to go quite fast, the trains were smooth (apart from the Cologne Warsaw sleeper)

Managed about 4 or 5 hours kip in a couchette

I’ve had dizziness and brain fog for years, along with other symptoms

Been to all kinds of specialists

Latest independent tests showed lyme, but the nhs are basically telling me they don’t think it’s lyme

been like piggy in the middle of a few doctors who can’t seem to agree and seem in no rush to sort things out

It was on holiday with my Mum and her husband

We drove down to the south of France, 2 days in a car with his constant stream of consciousness in my ear

Literally every thought that entered his head came out of his mouth. As the journey progressed he started being pedantic about inconsequential things as well. Like he didn’t want to stop in the larger motorway services in France as they ‘took more time’ (?) than the small ones

The next thing was driving around car parks for 10 minutes looking for a frigging tree to park under, despite having ice cold air con in the car

Was my turn driving, we pulled into a bigger services as me and mum needed a loo stop, so he was pulling his kipper about that. Then he was directing me where to park ‘under the tree, under the tree!’ so I parked under a tree after much fannying about, than it turns out it was the wrong bloody tree

Completely lost it, got out of the car, threw the keys at him, told him to drive his effing self

Got back in the car after 10 minutes and he started again, I didn’t think it was possible but I blew my top even more. He got a tirade of verbal abuse, the rest of the journey was fairly quiet 🙂

I think my mother was fairly shocked at my language 😀

I got an apology at the hotel, but was still too mad to acknowledge it

Had a battle of wills with some crazy woman in m & s

I just wanted some spices. She must have been stood there staring for 10 minutes while I was trying to squeeze past to look at the shelves. Didn’t move an inch until I found what i was looking for and walked off
