Tesco branded food is usually rank

lunch – sandwiches, pasta etc are awful

everything else is full of sugar

I did buy a quiche a while ago, I think it was the worst thing I have ever tasted, supposed to be cheese and tomato, the tomato turned out to be tomato sauce spread on the pastry before the questionable topping was added. It was thrown in the bin. Grim

I’ve been struggling for years trying to learn French

Been to a few local authority night classes which are generally not much cop

Went to alliance française too on Saturday mornings but as is generally the way with these things the follow on course was cancelled due to lack of numbers. This also happened to the course at Hope college and the local authority one in New Mills.

The alliance française was a good course, it’s just a shame they don’t run it on Saturday mornings any more

I’d love to go and live in France for a year or two to learn the language, I just don’t know how I could make it happen

I’d be in no rush to return 🙂

I ordered a new rim for a my back wheel a couple of years ago, it never arrived

I contacted the shop and they gave me the royal mail tracking info

They sent out another, through royal mail, again didn’t arrive, got refunded as those were the last 2 they had

I ordered another rim from a different shop after being refunded, surprise surprise, it never arrived

Obviously half inched somewhere within the postal system

Do any insurance policies cover bikes if they are secured by a ground anchor?

They did my road last week

Complete nightmare, tars still sticky, it’s being walked in the house, I’ve counted 10 stone chips on the car and most of the gravel ends up down the grid

Half arsed to say the least

I’m going to lodge a claim for the damage to my car

It’s got to have the gear lever on the top tube so that you catch it with your knee on a particularly steep climb and knock it into 3rd

Well Freightliner also operate in Australia so when he’s ‘trained’ (as long as he’s successful with that) he could transfer over there. Either way he’ll be on 43K as opposed to the 16.5K that he’s been on for the past year doing some boring stocks & shares crap on a computer.

Well that’s depressing knowing that truck drivers are on almost twice as much as me

Looks like that HNC in Civil Engineering paid off too 😕
