The fitter I am personally the less likely I am to get it.

But I think it might just be genetics as I am fitter and ride more than a lot of the people I ride with and rather annoyingly they never cramp up and just seem to be able to keep going. A few people I ride with have never had cramp riding and they ride maybe 75% less than I do.

I have tried everything but nothing stops it. Currently going to yoga once a week to try and be a bit more flexible which might help we will see!

Ljubljana is nice, bovec is a good area to stay in. Was disappointed with bled and lake bohinj. Beautiful places but we went in August and it was insanely busy which ruined it completely struggled to find anywhere to park and the campsites were rammed full! Didn’t stop not that we could have if we wanted to. I imagine if you went in June it would be a different story!

I really enjoyed it but by the time it finished i felt like there was a lot of unanswered questions.

    Is Luke really dead?
    Who was Snoke?
Are Reys parents really nobodies? I think she might turn out to be a palpatine?
What is going to happen with Leia in the next film?
Is Ren really the bad guy?
Could Ren and Rey swap, Rey definitely has something dark about her in this film.

MBR and Cyflym Coch are the best ones in my opinion or you could do the beast and you can cut out the fairly pointless fireroad climb after the cafe halfway

i think its point 118 on the map for the beast just cut through to 124 its after the big road climb after the cafe

Yep always this time of year, last mountain bike ride was the end of September and completely put me off. The trails were a complete mud bath weather was awful road my hard tail for the first time in ages by the end of it I had a bad back and a stiff neck.

So i thought screw this I will get a road bike, borrowed one from my father in-law and been on it once with a mate, enjoyed it a lot more than expected so signed up to cycle to work scheme to get my own. Just been told it could be 2 months until I get my vouchers. Now cant get motivated to do go out on the road bike I am borrowing thinking maybe a cx bike is more my style.

I think my main problem is I tell myself I should be out riding but if I try to make myself ride I ride even less. Sometimes I think you can over do it. The weather and mud doesn’t help either.

Also im bored of my local trails done them to death so planning a trip to coed y brenin for a change of scenery.

Santa Cruz have a lifetime warranty on all their new carbon frames. I am pretty sure they wouldn’t do this if they thought all of their bikes were going to fall apart.

I have also heard they are very good if there are any issues.
