    just deflate the tyres,peel back the tyre from the rim strip enough to add the sealant, add more sealant and reinflate, much more chance of a re seal if you do it this way, track pump will be fine

    roughly what weight are your builds coming in at. sub 30 lb?

    do you think the heckler is too much bike to compete in xc races even if it was specced up appropriatley?

    why you not get on with it?

    how would you owners best descibe it. would you say its a trail bike or is it more " all Mountain". im after a "Do it all bike" if there is such a thing.
    something thats at home in the trail centres, and also to compete on in xc/enduro races.

    what sort of weight are your full builds coming out at?

    thanks guys not considered a 5 yet. just cant decide on a full build or frame and fork only option

    there is no such thing as "fat burning" its all about the intensity or effort you put into exercise. the harder you work the more you benefit you get. its as simple as that. A 30 minute steady ride will use less calories than a 30 min hard ride. therefore the harder the exercise is the more calories you will use up.if you put less calories in your body and you expend more than you put in you will lose "weight" your basal metabolic rate also comes into the equasion aswell which is how many calories you need to just "get through the day"but i wont go too much into that just yet….

    yea thats what i ran – x9 shifters, front and rear mech with an xt chainset nae probs untill my rear mech got smashed up and my shifters got a bit sticky
