Like others above both of our daughters dropped day time naps at 9-10 months and slept well at night. Rigid night time routine helped with this.

If their sleeping at night and not getting overly grumpy through the day then there is no problem.

Yep, it’s a £3k limit I think.  I only have to do self assessments to repay child benefit so the limit doesn’t affect me thankfully.

If you want to have any owed tax coded out of next years tax code the deadline is the 31st December not the 31st Jan.

Doing a return after 31st Dec means you have to pay monies owed in a single lump sum.

Works perfectly for conifer stumps and also removing old fence posts. I removed a 30m run of hedge and there was only one stump that resisted and needed a bit of digging.

EDIT: leave the stump about 2 feet long and just wrap the chain around it instead of drilling through.

Before berating mechanics, let’s not forget everyone, including experienced professionals, make mistakes occasionally.
I once got distracted when assembling a piece of equipment and missed fitting a trigger device (and packing the spares) simply because someone asked me a question which I stopped to answer then I missed a step in the process. That involved a german warship sailing 4 days back to port to pick up the missing bits.

It’s not the mistake but how they deal with the response that should define how good they are.

I’ve got a pair of 1×11 Shimano GRX RX600 disc brake STI’s & RX400 flat mount calipers I’m about to sell.  I would be looking for about £200 but open to sensible offers.

They’ve only done one 50 mile ride before I remembered how much I hate drop bars and converted the GT Grade to a nice  carbon flat bar.

Diving. Seeing how small my 9 year old daughter looks at the edge of the 10m platform is still terrifying.

Also seeing my other daughter (5yo) at the top of a high climb but that’s not unexpected as I’ve been taking both climbing for years.

Ok jam-bo, I concede there are some valid uses such as in the thread title but that doesn’t mean people should stick it in front of any word they want to make up new words for no reason when we already have existing words for what they want to convey.
Notably, in my experience, the people using these primarily work for consultancies or ‘think tanks’ where they think it makes them sound clever. Instead it just marks them out as utter wallopers.

The use of “dis” as the opposite of something. Eg. Regulated/disregulated, invited/disinvited and todays rage inducing one benefit/disbenefit.
There were perfectly acceptable words for all of the above before some asshat decided to invent a new word for the same thing.
Dis anything can get in the **** sea.
