At least he's got lots of friends.

As he's selling all of their bikes for them, what a nice guy

Just stick £10k in to make sure you win it!

I agree with deft, at least it will buy you more time, and you won't have to pay the £10k unless someone bids £9,999.99

Two mates have them, one rides hard and bought the range topper which is always breaking bits off. The other is a plodder (sorry Roger) but fast downhill, he bought the cheaper one and although it's a couple of pounds heavier it seams to be tougher.

    Both rate them though.

    Thanks for that.

Our house is on the market but it needs the kitchen updated as a couple of recent viewers have said.

Do we spend the money and up the value of the house or keep the house price realistic as it is for the new owners to do the work?

Ours is the only detatched house in the area with country side views but we've priced it £10-£15k lower than the updated middle of the estate semis nearby.

    What would you do?

That guy in blue was a star and yes he was counting the 100km riders.

Down the last climb he said I was 113th and I dropped 2 places after seeing him, so the 115th came home in 6hours 38mins.

He counted me in at 63rd on the top of the 2nd climb, but a split tyre and bodge dropped me down the field, but hell it wasn't a race.

    What about other STWer's?

How tight was the Merida prize draw?

Yes it was good to meet you clareymorris, I did the full route and it was just perfect for weather, trail, technical and climbing.

I dropped about 20 mins when I split the side wall on my getto tubeless rear wheel and I put in a tube only to realise my pump had bounced out of my bag somehwere on the trail, luckerly my CO2 pump got it up to a good pressure until i caught a rider with a pump sticking out of his pack and I asked for a borrow, Thanks if it was you.

I just got the the top of Minch Moor when I got a text from the wife who was at the cam saying "the first 100km rider has just finsihed how long are you going to be" thanks for the support luv

I wonder if the 456 TI isn't being tested because it's still THE ultimate TI hardtail

Bah, the ultimate Ti hardtail is still the mighty Kobe.

For ultimate Ti hardtail read Jones 3d spaceframe [cough] [cough]

Tonights forecast Saturday rain moving through, Sunday Dry.

So it's a Racing Ralph on the back and either another Racing Ralph on the front or even an Endomorph. I might even do the first climb and downhill on Saturday evening before I choose which to use.

Just fitted a mud x to the back of mine and it was slipping all over the wet rocks of Llandegla in the rain today. I may risk something else on the back for Sunday

For those in the know please can you let us know just how muddy will the the 85km route be if this fantastic weather carries on?

Do we need full on mud tyres or will the new route be more fire road?

Just back in after 3 hours in the saddle, very, very wet but still happy.

Bike needs a clean and but clothes are in the washer.

Why does it stop raining when you get to the end of a ride?

It was still better than working eh ArtDave

Just got the Octane 8 to fit in my camera gear only 2 weeks ago and I really like it, it's got great compression straps as well. It holds more than my mule as well.

I got it from Merlin in store but also on line http://www.merlincycles.co.uk/camelbak-hydration-systems-camelbak-packs/camelbak-summer-range-2009/camelbak-octane-8.html

The Marin Trail is nice and mature now that Llandegla has taken it's traffic away.

If it's dry Penmachno is great, but it does hold a lot of puddles all the way around.

Why not do Llandegla on route from Chester to ByC?
