Just follow someone’s wheel after they ride down it, shift your weight back, go easy on the front back and don’t lock up the rear.

On One are bringing out there OEM tyre in the summer to go with their fat bikes, might be interesting to wait and use what you have until then.

The classic Tiger Bards are fin nippers but calm down in bigger shoals. Never trust them with any fish with long flowing fins no matter how many you put in the tank.

Green or Albino Tiger barbs don’t look as nice but don’t nip fins (as much)

    Danio’a swim near the top
Showy fish such at Angles or (bold) Gourami’s below these
Tetra’s & (shy) Gourami’s just below the middle
Cory’s and smaller cat fish for the bottom
Octociclus to keep the Algae down

Never buy sucking loaches or any fish when fully grown with a mouth big enough to fit your smaller fish in it.

But you can also buy a water butt pump http://www.hozelock.com/watering/garden-pumps/water-butt-pump.html to connect to a hose to to water your garden.

I reckon that would fall foul of the regs too

    You’re right Jota
    From those in the know
“the new legislation says that “you can’t use a hose to draw water for recreational use” that includes filling a butt””

    OT topic slightly.

You CAN use a hose pipe in a hose pipe ban to fill up a water butt, so that you can use watering cans to water all of your garden all day long if you can be bothered.

But you can also buy a water butt pump http://www.hozelock.com/watering/garden-pumps/water-butt-pump.html to connect to a hose to to water your garden.

Aldi were doing large water butts for under £30 last week and still have stocks.
So, run your household hosepipe into your water butt and pump out to water your garden, your car and your bikes at the same time as it’s filling up, no law is broken.

The caravan and campsite site the north end of Beadnal strangely doesn’t take caravans, the Craster Arms is nice but I can’t remember what booze they do http://crasterarms.co.uk/

Beachcomber campsite to the north of Lindisfarne would be perfect (cheap/basic) closed last season, but the nearest place to drink would be the golf course club house http://www.beachcomber-campsite.co.uk/

The best real ale pub on the coast is this one http://www.shipinnnewton.co.uk/ but there’s no campsite nearby, unless you bivi

No the 20 tooth is on the back (of a 29er) and as long as you dust down the chain once the mud’s dried on and lube the chain before your next ride it’s perfect.

Got the 11 and it’s fine if you keep the yellow dots lined up, as the cable stretches it’s slips a bit.

Also if you live in a hilly area got for the 20 tooth on the back.

It changes nice and under pressure
