On One are great for sales and service, I’ve never been a problem, well one but they sorted it out straight away and I was told to keep the item they sent me in error.

    Thanks all for your help.

We’re in the UK and can’t fly as we need to be within a few hours of the Mother in Law if anything happens.

Her birthday is in June, so around then would be great.

    Any more ideas?

    Cheers again

How skinny are those tyres on the blue bike?

What pressure do you run in them?

How do those skinny tyres cope with the snow and sand?

Sorry I don’t understand your answer

Are you saying that *1.036 is correct?

And by adding 3.6% to the 8.59 on the calculator is the wrong way to add percentages to a figure on a calculator.

I work for an industrial hose company and if the one’s you were offered were made of better materials they will last longer, be more flexible and better made.

    Don’t forget
Buy it cheap buy it twice
Which is very false economy sometimes

Criccieth has the best Fish and Chip shop in the world.

    Worth going for that alone.

The Castle is OK with good views, the beach is a bit pebbly but clean, it’s very near to Black Rock Sands and worth the trip up to Whistling sands as well.
Portmerion is a nice day out and it’s near a few tourist steam train routes as well.

Sunday lunch has to be taken at the Rhiw Goch Inn at Trawfyndd just up from CYB.

    In answer to your questions

What are the other advantages? Fun and see others below

They look like they’d be really hard work to pedal, are they? no, if they don’t make you fitter they will kill you

Are they good on boggy moorland stuff? Yes, unless it’s very, very boggy

Can you climb steeper stuff due to extra grip? Yes if you run low pressures

Do the tyres act a bit like suspension, Yes, but with loads of rebound

or do you have to run them rock hard so they don’t drag too much. – No not at all any more than 10 PSI is too high, unless your road riding, but if you are road riding Fat Bikes aren’t for you.

Get a test ride on one, I’ve got 2 (and a half fat)
