Done, I couldn’t find the last one for ages until I realises I hadn’t put in one of the first one’s I’d spotted……

Cheers just ordered 2 on-line as this deal is an on-line only offer and not in their shops, but even with the £4.99 delivery charge to their store (where you get a £5 voucher back) it’s worth it.

Can’t believe that anyone hasn’t spotted the *cough* deliberate mistake in the ‘Landscape’ photo of my bike – school boy error putting it back together at the weekend…..

I can’t believe that you didn’t notice it when riding to the place that you took the photo………

How do you find the carbonara?

As light as a rigid fork, with 60mm of very useful bump absorbing travel.
Perfect for beach riding with no stations to wear with sand in the seals and is maintenance free, great for putting away covered in mud and dusting off a day or two later.

    I’ve never understood it.

Do we want our winners to win or to be likable with a “personality” or both.

Wiggo had both, but I can’t think of any on the list this year who I’d say has a personality, great sports people yes.

I really enjoyed my diesel estate but never got over 50mpg.
It was a bit high on C02 as a company car and I wished it was slightly bigger.

I was laid off, let go, made redundant call it what you want a week last Tuesday with a month to find a job when I finish on Jan 8th
Hard work and using contacts on LinkedIn and last night I signed a new contract to start my new job on Jan 11th last night.
Giving me 24 days on full pay before I start my new job :D

So it’s not all that bad, jobs are out there if you look

Can you find me one as well?

I’m a rep in the industrial world looking for a more local job. Based out of Liverpool looking to cover the North West area only as I’m fed up of covering half or all of the country living out of a suitcase.
Would consider selling or marketing anything

Owned an Air9 moved to a Travers Rudy and never looked back.
A fraction heavier but so much more comfortable and just as fast.
The Niner is very rigid even with its carbon forks

Second the Seatpost man he’s brilliant, frame wasn’t marked in anyway. Totally recommend him.

Plus Merlin cycles is around the corner.

The expense and risk of all of the above in my untrained hands was the thing that made me head ove the The Seat Post Man.
Plus also the cost of a new Thompson seatpost if I damaged it while taking it out was a no brainer

Or simply get the expert to do it saving all that faff and risk to your nice and expensive gear.

    http://www.theseatpostman.com

He did mine without any damage to the Ti frame or Thompson seat post.

JohnClimber – what is the route? Lot of none sandy stuff to get around the MoD?

Same it’s not starting Formby side of Hightown?

    Sorry, Only just seen this
9am at the beach at the south end of the Iron Men at Crosby, head north with the strong tailwind, inland around the barracks,
    Sand dune down hilling,
Beach (tail wind) to the café at the Squirrels
Beach (tail Wind) to the Burger van near Pontins
Head south, hiding in the trees and sandy single track in the snad dunes as much as possible to avoid the 40mph gusts that are expected.

    Anyone else out?
I count 20 to 25 weather and time depending. Plus the forecast doesn’t look too bad

    RIP Warren.

Best line, when drunk and trying to light his new electric oven hob under his kettle.
He was striking matches and it wasn’t lighting the gas, he said
“Bloody North Sea gas….. It’s too wet to light”

I still say this to myself every time the gas hob doesn’t fire up the first time.
