I would definitely be up for the TTT. Snap on the illness but once I’m over that, I’m good to go at any time ?

Cheers for the advice guys, Ill keep you update when a plan comes together….. I have a spare set of wheels so I might do a Vittoria set and maybe a Schwalbe X-One/Bontrager set……

Ill try and say hello at the next one, Joe Donnelly in the Seniors (usually dressed in all black kit like the misery I am).

Look forward to catching up soon!

“Where you at Beacon park yesterday joedilla?”

Yeah I was there, great event. How did you get on?

So my Limus TLRs are the same as last season on the same rim but for whatever reason, I’m losing a ton of air. I’ve reseated the tyre with more sealant and done all the usual tricks but it’s just not holding up. Love them for grip but I feel I just can’t trust them now 😬

I’ll have a look at availablity and mull over the options.

On another note, has anyone ever had issues with handmade TLRs? The pair I’ve got are miles away from getting on the rim…..

Well, I raced on the them on Sunday with no incidents. Maybe I jumped the gun a little!! Good to know that you guys rate the Vittorias and Schwalbe’s for future reference!

    Cheers

Cheers for the feedback guys. I’ll persevere with the Challenge for a little while longer and maybe look at the Vittorias as a possible replacement. I’m racing the NWCCA tomorrow in Burnley so fingers crossed!!

    Cheers

Tuesday was an horrific night. I’m only just feeling human again, got a good start, was riding in a decent group around 15th/17th and then completely cracked. Not a clue what happened but I just couldn’t do anything over 180w. Hoping for better on Tuesday!

    Still enjoyed it though

Thanks for sorting Robbo, I had a great time! Didn’t have a clue what I was doing as it was my first E race but I’m already excited for next weeks TT 😁. See you there guys!
