Just for comparison a lot of frames have a 34.9 OD / 30.9 ID seat tube. Most Santa Cruz for example, so reaming out shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re giving it a hard time. 🙂

160 coil fork and DHX on a Heckler should handle most stuff.

A 150 Sektor will slacken it slightly as it a has longer axle to crown than the fork Santa Cruz base their geometry on.

Geometry the same.

Changes were minimal, pinch bolts on swing arm replaced with wedge bolts and head tube gussets removed. Nothing fundamental.

Also work out how much he ate in g/kg weight and how much do you think he threw up, 1/2, 1/4? It may be useful for the vet to know this.
