    Open Office[/url]

It's free and has 'Base' which is a database app.

EDIT: Very safe as it is a product made by Sun, so no worries.

Had mine a year and one of the zips has come unstitched on the arms. I'm sure it will fix.

They don't breath very well and I end up quite wet inside after a hard ride. Oooer.

Other than that it's not a bad jacket for the money and I won't be gutted when I put a hole it from a crash.

I'll maybe give the front a try. I seem to loose the front end when cornering hard so wanted something with a bit more bite but without being too draggy.

How do you like the Fat Alberts? Thinking of changing from Nobby Nics.

Life sucks some times, having such difficult decisions to make. 😉

I'm trying to muster up the energy to do the fox fork 15hr service. Just can't be ar*ed.

With Rockshox prices like that, surely Fox/dealers are going to have to drop their prices. Yes/No?

Merlin forks are OE so you may want to check the warranty.

Another good website for your search

    http://www.propertytoday.co.uk/renting.aspx

TJ talks sense, Gorgy/Dalry may not be the nicest looking areas but they are near the road/bus route to get you to Gogarburn. Parts if Roseburn area are also OK. Should be fairy cheap too. They are also within walking distance to the centre.

The beauty of renting is that you can get an idea of the city for the first few months and then move to an area which you like. Your new work colleagues may even need a flat sharer or have a cheap room to rent.

On the Pentlands side of town Bonaly, Balerno, Currie, Juniper Green, Colinton, Craiglochart if you want to ride to the hills. Avoid Wester Hailes, Oxgangs, Sighthill, Stenhouse.

Dead easy to do. I would find a good, cheap Accountant first who will guide you through it.

    Good article here

tails, I have a Sounddock at the mo. I think it's alright but maybe my ears aren't as well tuned as other folks.

Currently looking for another IPod dock with a DAB radio for the kitchen and Revo came up in a google search. Don't think they have been released yet the website has a preorder button. I'm waiting to see the reviews and a play in a shop before parting with the cash.

Also toying with Airport express boxes with speakers around the house. Controlling iTunes remotely with an iPhone or iPod Touch but that's a whole other subject.

Anyway, being serious I'm guessing someone panned themselves into the woodwork and they are worried about being sued in the future?

I'll jump on the bandwaggon here. Z-controls and ATACs used on varying bikes. Can't beat them.

    From Mojo, for Talas.

Yes you can replace the lowers with the QR15 lowers. They are £149 for the whole package (lowers, seals, axle and decals) + £4.95 postage.

They come in white, black or Ti colour.

Not sure if Vanilla are the same, best give them a call.

Lift scrounge would be your best bet depending on numbers, otherwise rent a van or minibus.

The girls at The Hub at Glentress have all sorts of vans and trailers. You could always ask if they would do a shuttle run.

I don't think there are any ethical banks, just different levels of unethical.

Even the ones that claim to be ethical have some unethical practices.

Yep, same letter here a few weeks ago.

I think I'll wait a few months before making any rash decision on moving banks. Chances are they'll all follow suit.

In the meantime there is the option to change your current account to a 'reward' version which gives a flat £5 a month interest. Need to pay in over £1k a month though.
