It's hard to go Fox these days when you see the price of Rockshox.

How's about the new Rockshox Sektor, 110-150 U-turn, 15mm or 20mm Maxle lite, any size of steerer, fairly light. Billed as a cheap Revelation, I think they'll sell loads.

Quotes 215g/pcs which means per piece, i.e. each pedal is 215g.

If you want light have a look for Wellgo MG-1 at Merlin Cycles.

If you ever ride in forests, under trees get some clear ones.

I have the gray lenses and there's nothing like the feeling of hammering into a wooded area out of the bright sun and it going completely pitch black!

Thanks for all the well wishes. And the 'leg it' jokes.

Just been for full breakfast, off to get Kilted up to the Max then a swift half in the pub.

roundwheels, only if I can come to yours? 😉

On the internet cos I forgot to do a speech, needed the etiquette rather than the content, think I have it sorted now. It's a bonus not having to be funny. 😀

I put the rings somewhere safe so that's my next task! Think they're in the loft.

You are right, boss is wrong. Feel better?

Taxed as a benefit, so you can benefit from having it. There is no half way with company cars.

If the boos doesn't want you to take it on personal use tell him you will leave it in the office car park, only use it for business use 9-5 and therefore there will be no tax implications.

    Got 4 guide books DT78.

    Cheers for the recommendations.

The Wat's are in the list, as is a massage.

Also heading for Skybar or Vertigo for dinner/drinks.

Was told of the taxi drivers trying to take you for suits. Will be in guard.

Loads of folk camp up at the top car park (Osprey).

Added bonus (depending of how you look at it) of a couple of portaloos.

Personally I like Nobby Nics, roll fast, lightweight with a reasonable level of grip in almost all conditions.

I have 2.1s on my hardtail and 2.25s on the full sus and can't really distinguish much difference. Going to try the 2.25s on the hardtail to see if it gives a bit more comfort this year.

Racing Ralphs also supposed to be good as an alternative the NNs if it's drier conditions. I'll probably give them a go this year at some point.

Later models were ok for 100mm.

One of the STW staffers put together a frankenbike a while back iirc with 130 forks but ran lots of sag to compensate for the chopper affect.

Open both worbooks click cell where you want to data to go and type = in the formula bar then go to the cell in the other workbook and click the cell. Hit enter and the formula should reference the cell and pick up the data required.

Pretty sure 100mm was the max recommended travel.

Maybe give Orange a ring to be sure.

    No sweets though. 😥

I 'doff' my cap to you sir, keep up the good work. Revel in the self satisfaction. 8)

Went to a couple down Leith Walk last year and I found them all to be a bit guff. They only seemed interested in selling what they wanted to sell if that makes sense?

Hit the internet and do some research. Have a look over here. Ask some questions.

Went last Thursday from Edinburgh, 3 hrs to roundabout in Aviemore followed by 2 hrs from the main road to car park. Sat still for most of that until they cleared the road. Left Edinburgh at 6am, on the slopes for 11:30ish.

Funicular only went half way due to high winds so it was Coire Cas all day.

On the up side the snow was fantastic if a bit 'drifty'. Excellent day out. Go for it.

Website recommends snow chains. Have a look over here for current info. http://www.cairngormmountain.co.uk/%5B/url%5D

That's one of the nicest looking bikes I've seen in a while.

There's something about certain hardtails which looks just er 'right' if you know what I mean.
