I got the Ribble one last week.
£55, and I can’t imagine how it could be better.
It is super sturdy, and will hold my trance by the seat post no prob.
All the tightening bolts are quick release.
    Height adjustable.
Great build quality, and comes fully built.
The picture on Ribble gives no detail, but it is awesome.
    Just buy it.

    Nice one.
    Deal still on btw.

The trick is to get air under it to stop it rotting.
Timber definately easiest. Make sure you treat underside of shed before building.

My Ribble workstand has just arrived. It is fantastic.
Quick release everywhere, comes fully built. Really sturdy. Folds up quite small.
I was not expecting anything as good for £55. Astonishing value, fab quality. Their Freepost got it here in 2 days.

Snickers! Instant hit, and protein to boot.
All day on gels starts to take its toll.
Try to mix it up with different stuff.

I’ve got a mini micro you can have.
The brake has snapped off, but I imagine it’s a cheap replacement.
Based in Oxfordshire, don’t really want to post.

Reactions go completely clear indoors. Outside, even when overcast you will have some tint.
Can’t tell when on, only looking from outside.
I use some standard plastic lenses with a yellow tint for really dull days.
You could always pay for the reactions £49 extra and take two for one offer and have a fixed tint in second pair. (£12)
Daily contacts also fine with protection. Go for silicon hydrogel for most oxygen transmition.
£30 for 30 pairs. Or £22 for normal dailies. Speccies again.

I used to use bolle with inserts but the whole thing sits further away from face.
Also four lens surfaces to clean instead of two. Not that keen.

Specsavers are doing free reactions (transitions) lenses if you choose from £69 or above.
I use them in a titanium frame so £125 total.
Great in all conditions but not as dark in really sunny weather as full sunnies.
Anti reflective is fine, but shows up smears etc more, so takes more cleaning, so more likely to scratch.
    Std reactions is hard coated.
Brown is better than grey as better contrast.
For high prescription can get 1.67 reactions (25% thinner and lighter) for sixty quid extra. Comes anti reflective as std.
Only 1.67 reactions recomended in rimless as std is too brittle.

Seat angle pointing up too much?

Superglue remover and acetone are both fine on all but polycarbonate lenses.
It is very unlikely the lenses are polycarb, unless they are rimless.
    Phone your optician and ask.
The lenses can’t be polished out, it will alter the rx, and cause distortion.

To dry tubes, either disconnect both ends, go out in the garden and spin it around as fast as poss. Centrifugal force pushes out all but the tiniest drops.
Or use some garden wire, wrap one end around a small peice of tissue. Pull it through. Leaves tube bone dry.

Isla bike all the way, they are cheap if you consider their used value.
Ie buy a used one for £170, sell in a couple of years for £150.

I have Squeezebox Duet, an extra player, and a radio, easier to work off a Laptop than a NAS.
Once set up the remote is redundant, as you can use iPhone to control.
The radio is by far easiest to use, as I imagine the Touch is. Sound quality on all is ace.

Never, ever say you’ work well on your own, and as part of a team’.
    Or any other cliche’s.
Try to keep to one page, and try to let some personality through.
A hand written cover letter will make you stand out, and, again show you are a real person, not another cut n paste job.

Don’t mess about up town with big shops. All the fab little independant shops and restaurants are down town.
Pretty much all the family run pizza places are awesome.
Walk from metropolitan to central park zoo is nice.
Main tip, head downtown. Get a good guide book.
Look up some of the diners off Man v Food.
Haven’t been for a few years so can’t be more specific.
