In a nutshell, Northwind is on the money… the general population are sympathetic to the human element, however, the governments and the powers that be are invariably only interested if it is to their strategic advantage, either in expanding military might and power base, or in harvesting of resources.

Sorry to poach the attention, but I’ve been incubating this for a while; it’s great the public have free range to do things like this, I hope the yoker doesn’t get fried for battery. I can clear dancefloors, almost without fail, though not necessarily for the right reasons~ this is an internationally proven talent as I have managed it in most of the continents of the world; even though I can’t really breakdance for toffee and just flail about a bit… One time in Cardiff, whilst extremely drunk, I was goaded into battling with the UKs finest and just kind of fell over and wriggled about much to everyones horror/amusement.
