He’s a funny one Lance, couldn’t stand him when he was riding motorola and won the worlds-probably cheating then. Post cancer and the return was stuff of fairy tales, and yes I was one of the fools who believed the hype, but he started to get too many accusations to sit comfortably and sued anybody who spoke out against him.

Now he’s come clean I wish he’d just duck off and die,after he’s repaid all the money he’s ripped off with three”Lance”machine.

In the same boat here, seen Doc and been put on citalopram which don’t seem to be calming me down at all. Also been prescribed sleeping tabs, which just made me more depressed, got new ones to try now, yeah, they’re working.. :?

Just returned to work after two weeks off and have to contend with my “manager” discussing very loudly across the office personnel issues due to somebody going sick and how they as an organisation have been exposed. At no point has she asked or spoke to me about what has affected, me our is there anything they could do to ease my workload, which isn’t an issue. Felt really low and was close to walking out, but she’d have dismissed that as me being a drama queen.

Loads of times, usually go somewhere on holidaywith Mrs and the dogs, and I end up at a trail centre midweek on my own. Absolutely love it, go at my own pace get cake and take herself for a hard earned tea andcake, well she has been looking after the dogs. :)

I tried taking ours out with us on the bike he just kept trying to turn around in front me forcing me to brake suddenly and then stood looking for approval for his ace spinning on the spot skills before running off to collect a stick that whilst hanging out of his mouth he could run along side and jam in the spokes.

The dog will need extra just to run at the side or behind you just to prevent this happening.

Will you be getting the Lab from a pup, if so train them fully and walk them a little and often to prevent problems later on in life.

Had a quick weigh-in this morning, worse than I thought 14 stone 2 pounds.

Pre-xmas weight had crept up to 13st 10, need to shift 1-1/2 stone thru a combination of smaller portions, no booze, swimming, kettlebell training, spinning, anpd hitting the hills at the weekend.

By my 50th would be nice,March.

My left hand shifter did this once, tried gt85 routine, no good, ended up stripping it all down, turned out the cast cam had broke. Quite a common occurrence apparently, now running shimano as spares are as common as rocking horse manure.

I used to have a 95 cinder cone, the fire dome was the same frame but with a couple hundred quid lower “spec” bike, stilworth an absolute mint.l
