My concern would be that on the day after the fast day, you end up pigging out in a “I’ve earned this” way – much like you might do after a tough ride or a long run. How do you find that?

This is something I’ve been thinking,but I don’t think you would be inclined to consume twice as many calories as a “normal” day because of the sheer volume of food to be eaten.

My cycle use has certainly dropped off this year, January to March I could only go for a ride wearing an aqualung and armbands! :?
