IIRC Gwenver the next cove to Sennen has a camp site on top of the cliff over looking the beach.

It also picks up more swell than Sennen, as said if it’s flat there it’s flatter everywhere else.

Croyde’s ok if you enjoy being ripped off, Saunton’s no better but the beach has plenty of peaks along it for beginners.

Completely different area – Llangennith on the Gower has camping and surf schools on the beach.

    U2 – Achtung Baby
Pink Floyd – Wish You Were Here

Ocean Colour Scene – Moseley Shoals
    Radiohead – The Bends
    Led Zep – Physical Graffiti
    Yes – Yessongs
Oasis – Whats The Story Morning Glory
Neil Young – Best of (because he’s got too many albums to pick from)

No.6 in Braunton also does nice Fish & Chips.

In Ilfracombe….only place we ate down there is the Curry House over the road from the Theatre the Royal or something, really good.

    Sad news indeed…

WYWH has amazing photography, the fella doing a handstand in the lake until the ripples had disappated.

    From Dr Seuss –

Be who you are and say what you feel,
because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.

Gave Klunks recipe a go Saturday evening, not bad just will use more chilli’s next time, and do the lentils first as they seemed to most time.

Tomorrow night it’s Chilli Chicken Balti from Anjum Anand’s I Love Curry book.

Mine would be Wish You Were Here, heard Dark Side first of all but think “Wish” is more accessible and just seems to grow more.

Saw Zig and Zag on RTE in Ireland, around ’91, they were the equivalant of Ed the Duck – most of it was way over the kids heads.

There were another couple of characters – Dustin the Vulture, a second hand car salesman was one that stuck out.

Sorry, should have said don’t want “Cook-in-sauces” included, way too much salt/sugar other rubbish used for my liking.

    Please don’t take offence.

Had a bad couple of weeks, all weight lost seems to have returned – TBH too bloody cold out to worry about shifting anything at the moment, especially as I’m working in a cold warehouse.

Saw it in Morrison’s Malvern at the weekend, thought it looked very thin, does it expand when you get it home like the sponge?

Been using MFP for a month or so regularly and it’s really helping.

Only “challenge” I have is exercise and Kettlebells aren’t listed – and swimming is a bit subjective.

Do you need to be invited to join the MFP Singletrack group?

If so – jimster1807 would be very grateful. :-)

gribble – everybody calls it the “New Bridge”

At just over twentyfive or so years it is in comparison to the bridge over the river in Worcester itself.

As for Worcester itself, not too bad a place to live. Depends on what you are after, personally I’d head for the St.Johns side of town.

    Summary?

Cooke is pissed off with competing against drug takers for crappy money.

And even more pissed off by the fact that those who come clean make more by writing how they cheated in the first place.
