The only problem I can see with that, is overloading it!!

The steering will be awfully light hauling that lot up Trinity Road!! :-)

£2000 for scrapping my old car for a new one – needs to take out a loan to buy new car.

Although Hackett wasn’t part of the line up I did see Gabriel appear with Genesis at the Six of the Best concert at the Milton Keynes Bowl in 1982, and coincidentally Talk Talk were on the bill as well although they weren’t particularly well received by the impatient crowd. I seem to remember more than a few bottles flying in their direction.

IIRC Steve Hackett did appear for one number…..

Anyone know what the rest of the album’s like?

Really fancy getting it but am fearful that this is the best of it.

Was my prime too, but I’m sure back in ’82 it was plastic bags and crystals?

Did they have electronic breathalyzer test kits back then?

Did enjoy it however, I think it’s meant to be tongue in cheek these days.

Not really, racist is it. He’s stating the truth, when the Italians were left to their own devices of running the team they came up short.

    Remember the Alboreto/Prost/Mansell years?

What system you running, Windows ’95?

I’m a cup of tea, commute, quick rub down then a bowl of cereal once at work.

Got to agree with waihiboy on re-testing, I have to re-take my FLT test every 5 years, why not car/bike drivers?

Not sure if truck drivers have to re-test every so often, I know they have to take a medical.

The best bands NEVER split up

    Home

Hate to admit this – first concert at the Malvern Winter Gardens was Def Leppard 1980.

    and remember kids

    Home recording kills music.

I hate it when musicians/artists say this – if it wasn’t for bootlegging most bands wouldn’t be around, it was the easiest way to hear new bands/music, borrow an album of a mate – tape it and listen to it, if you liked it you’d go out and buy it.

Back On Topic, no-one – as has been mentioned bands split up for a reason.

Now if this were a “Bands you wished you’d seen” thread…..

Is this going to be in built-up or residential areas? And will they be at certain times during the day? Not that I’m condoning speeding in any way, but it seems harsh to get knicked doing 30 at 5.30 in the morning.

Seems like it the usual spin the govt are releasing to avoid the embarrassing budget tomorrow IMO.

I think it does you good to do a trail centre once in a while. With epic rides you have to be cautious about other trail users, with a TC you can leave off the brakes just that bit more. :-)

This will be the thin end of the wedge, venue’s will also have the same problem with larger people taking up two seat spaces. Supermarket’s will require twice as much car parking spaces for their oversized cars for their oversized arses!!!

    My wife hates it!!!

Mainly because I can spend hours doing it as opposed to something SHE wants me to do around the house. :-)

But it is funny how a 10 minute job can become a day job. :?

Could they test it on “next years” car and fit it retrospectively?

Not that they’d do such a thing of course, no

With the teams unable to test atm, anything new is going to be risky?

Okay, in Ferrari’s case they have their test-track but for the like of Red Bull and MacLaren being solely reliant on windtunnel developments may set them further back. :?

    For Mrs Flash

I tend to leave some with the caramelised skin on and some I peel and blend in with the rice.

Roast the seeds and have them with a beer whilst the risotto is cooking. :-)

Aah, takes me back to when I acquired my allotment off the council. They said it’d take two months to clear the area – I volunteered to do it myself and had it rent-free for two years. :D

Then went onto to double-dig it – the woman of the house couldn’t believe how much more toned I became. :D I felt awful!!!

If this country’s a cess pit run by the media, why is he contributing to it with this article?

Having said that, I do find myself agreeing with him – the media built her up, knocked her down and then built her up again when they knew she would sell papers.

missed the bit about the enquiry afterwards, but letting him back pased just seems sportsmanlike to me.

It’s the bit of how Hamilton told the stewards Trulli passed that’s got him disqualified.

Trulli drove a good race, started from the pit lane to finish 3rd, fair play to the bloke.

Hamilton had told Speed TV after the race that Trulli went wide onto the grass at the second to last corner.

“I was forced to go by. I slowed down as much as I could. I was told to let him back past, I don’t know if that’s the regulations, and if it isn’t, then I should have really had third,” said the Briton.

The whole team deserve to be DQ’d for not knowing the rules!!
