Today’s nomination, though I hate to admit it – Gun’s ‘n’ Roses – Paradise City.

Tomorrow’s could be Rush – The Spirit Of Radio

Mrs J is talking of either left squash curry OR chicken & pasta bake.

As she’s at work and at the mercy of Network Rail to get back, reduced service after 1pm I’m planning on surprising her with –

Spicy Butternut Squash risotto washed down with a crate of white wine.

    Any more of The Killing?

Thought that was it for this one? I see the sceptics are doing a fourth season….

Thought the Bridge was ok,not sure the character’s could run for another series, IMHO of course.

    jimster, these ones:?

Afraid not, they have the four on their website, but you used to be able to access all the Fountain’s routes on google maps like “Bigh” has shown.

It also had the Killer loop on it and some other’s has said, perhaps the FC requested them be removed.

Nice of the BBC to have his story on the home page – nice to see he helped the cops by leaving his fingerprints at the hideout.

So who negotiates the rate artists get paid by Spotify, the artists or the management team?

I think Spotify is great if I want to hear new arists and as a medium I’m sure it helps them get new music out there along with soundcloud.

Thom Yorke’s gesture of pulling his catalogue is very noble indeed, but be honest Thom the folks who listen to your music will buy it because your the frontman of Radiohead and all your albums are released in 15 formats and they will buy all 15 versions, and Spotify rips off the artist. Maybe they do, if your management team got a better deal for your band would you complain?

Can’t see why the board couldn’t wait until the end of the season. Yes we’ve suffered some big defeats, can remember when Christian Gross took over, we got stuffed 6-1 at home by Chelsea, 4-0 at Coventry – fortunately he was given time and turned things around.

They’re still in Europe, more than Liverpool. :-)

A pie should be self-contained IMO.

Stew with a lid served in a Gastro-Pub is not a pie, it’s a stew with a lid in it’s own little dish.

Need lots of pastry to be a proper pie.

jimster, I was considering one of the Mahogony Faith range, but just ended up liking the Naked too much!

The shop where I tried it only had the Naked in stock, was there any difference in tone between the two?

Go to the Justin Guitar site – Justin Guitar[/url]

A great resource, gives advise on what to look for when buying a guitar, just look up the beginners course on the left hand side of the page. There are also video lessons on the site and play-a-long with tunes.

Wish I’d had the balls in my early twenties to quit my boring going nowhere job to have relocated in Woolacombe working in a bar, gone surfing when not working, and become a surfboard shaper.

    Denial?

Hardly, it’s easing the cost of her stupidity – any money she or any other criminal receives from the media should be taxed at 200% she has profited from her crimes.

This really gets my goat, the stupid bint was found guilty in court, fined and given points as punishment, then Daybreak comes along and give her a wedge of money to appear on the show FFS

Was great to watch, the commentary was a bit like watching The Killing without the subtitles – made it very entertaining.

The cost has put me off, can’t justify to myself let alone Mrs J spending that sort of money on a “Bit of fun”, sorry, I know there are alot of costs involved, insurance, first aid too pay for etc – but it just seems to out-price itself.

As Phil & Speeder have said, and I’m local.

Get really peeved about there being aggro on the hills with walkers – basically treat as you’d like to be treated, give way to walkers, have a bit of banter with them and all’s well. If you ride like an ar5e you’ll be treated like one.

Good luck there’s some nice riding there.

No there’s not, stay away. 8)

Police/CPS evidence wouldn’t be based on “He had sex with me” without colloborative evidence.

Who was prosecuting, if it was a HCA (pseudo-Barrister) they consider it as an “Ah well, better luck next time” case especially as he would employ a top-notch defence barrister who specializes in this sort of work.

[cynic]Quite an achievement to find 12 people who don’t watch Coronation St/know who the accused is in Manchester[/cynic]

And the guilty tend to thank the jury…..

The only trouble is with people who don’t give a crap and will just drive anyway even if they are banned.

This is the biggest problem, especially when you read this – http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-23967547and consider that Police forces are getting more and more cutbacks, and lets face it unless you are stopped who’s going to be aware that you are banned.

Was it you and a mate that followed me and two other guys down. You asked us what the trail was like?

Nah, I was there as Billy-no-mates, left Mrs. with the dogs in the car – probably a reason I was apprehensive about doing the drop.

Also, where does the trail start just to the right(as you walk) of the push-up, that looked fun.
