We had a swiftflow 100 in the last house, if you didn’t have the flow through the shower sufficiently it would do that, it’s an overheat protection to stop you being scalded with too little flow. If your shower head has one of those flow conditioner filters they can restrict the flow enough to do it.

When I lived on my own, I set the rad stats in the rooms I used at 5 and the rest at 3, had it set that it switched on an hour before I got up and went off half hour after I left for work, and then came on an hour before I was due home and then off again at midnight.

Have you tried different sleeping positions, our little dude was restless at three weeks old and wouldn’t settle in his moses basket, out of desperation one night I put him in his big cot, still wouldn’t settle and I flipped him onto his tum, and he’s slept like a log on his tum since.

Send it back, then buy it when it comes up as a recycled item, should be cheaper still, but you’ll have lost riding time.

Our little dude started to sleep through quite early, then at about six months started to get restless, as we were bottle feeding we upped his food and it settled him, I know it’s not easy if breastfeeding but it might be worth adding a little more with a bottle to get them.to settle.

The crap in lane three of the other carriage way is off the lambo, that section of motorway in lane three turns into a lake if there’s a sudden downpour, see quite a few aquaplane and swap lanes, so quite easy to do.

Going to have to bail out, not feeling so good and the little dude has been restless all night. Have a good one.

You need to look for workwear ones, possibly screwfix.

Will hopefully be able to make the ride, but won’t be able to stay and watch, as being a relatively new dad finding time is hard, so unfit on a new bike tail gunner lol. If I don’t make it then I’ll donate on the page.

I’m running Ryde enduro which are 29mm internal, but you’re probably looking around £100 for a 35mm and above rims, I went with those as I was concerned about rear clearance, now the codeine is built up I’d probably got away with a 40mm rim.

Tbh going off the review on 29 inches, you need a frame that’ll take a 2.4 in the back to give good clearance and it’s marginal with the scraper, which is why I went with a narrower rim, I’d say 35mm is probably best in the rear of a fs to get decent clearance.

Cheers for that jam bo, was wondering about dimensions as being a short arse wanted to know rail to bottom of bearing housing on posts for getting one.

Plus if it works out at a higher cost on a meter you can swap back to rates.

Do you have an employee handbook, as that sort of thing is usually covered in that, some companies honour hols and give them back, others don’t as it could potentially mean you’re off even more for this year, but they should honour full entitlement for this year, are your hols tax year or calendar year.

Our first came along 3 months ago, I’m 42 and wouldn’t change anything, I’ve found the last few months both humbling and invigorating. When I was younger kids never really came to mind, but I’m glad we have him.
