I have nothing against vegans as a group, but I detest the ones that like to force it on you, my wife’s friend turned vegan last year, and tried to convert my wife, and along the way myself too by sending far left vegan videos to my wife with the line make Jim watch this!
I’m all for folks making their own choices in life, if I want to try something I’ll look in to it, but try and force something on me and it just gets my back up.

Grizedale on Sunday, not sure if the take the hardtail, FS or a canoe

Going off two weeks ago I’d take the canoe option.

Slightly off topic, but I’ve just replaced my 11-42t one up’d 10s that ran the RadR cage and Pilo link with the MS3 10-46t 10s with the same gear set up and changes are spot on and back pedals perfect.

I just find it ironic that an American company has decided to make a metric shock.

I’m thinking of a set of b+ wheels for my sloaris, does anyone know if X-Fusion Trace 29er forks can take b+ wheels/tyres?

Yep, running 2.8 nn in mine on the codeine

My b+ codeine 29, probably the cheapest bike I’ve built up over the last 20 odd years, but the only one that’s felt right and been loads of fun!

We’re with Green Star this year, had been with npower for ages with no issues until last year.

Had our tiguan done, still runs ok, had an issue pop up a couple of days later that was sorted at no cost luckily, but just received a letter yesterday saying that if any issues with anything to do with emissions will be sorted by vw as long as its been serviced by vw.

Shame as there’s probably a load of good photos on this thread that’ll have gone.

Not surprised tbh, we’ve been out for a walk this evening, and seen stuff pinging off that’s not on strava lol.

Haven’t done much here yet this week, towed the little guy around the family trail, but given the all clear to have a play above parkend, looking on strava there’s a fair bit to keep me occupied for awhile, extremely jealous of what’s around here.

Nothing planned for Sat and Sun, but Monday will be having a gentle spin round fod with the little guy and the missus.

Cheers, we were there last year, but I was just towing the little guy on a week’s holiday, there for two this year so can get some proper riding in, thanks for the cake heads up hadn’t tried there.

Russyh, hope you don’t mind, followed you on strava as we’re down parkend for family holiday, so hoping to get the odd bit of solo single track in.

If you’ve got a maxle, look up the Robert axle project to get one to fit your trailer, neat bit of kit and saves trying to bodge the hitch to fit. Two ours behind a full sus with no issues.

Our little man has the weeride to travel in when we all go out, the bath tub base is good, and you can chuck a fair amount in with him, but as said no suspension, but I have padded the seat with an old carry mat and added an extra strap, and he loves being in it.

To point the finger further at RM, the other week I sent a frame to London, and paid for 48hrs tracked, was dropped off way before last collection, it took three days to get there, when I queried it they tried to come up with some guff about collection times etc., I kindly pointed out I paid for 48hrs from dropping off,not when they can be bothered to pick it up, so if CRC don’t have a RM driver due then it won’t get picked up till they do, and then if it misses the cut off time at the depot then it’ll take longer, my frame I posted sat in Preston for 24hrs, after it had been collected 16hrs after I’d dropped it off, where CRC are concerned as long as it turns up it doesn’t bother me how long it takes as I’ve not paid for delivery.

Had our tiguan done at the beginning of the year, was doing regens every 300miles after it, but I’d been using esso as it was on way to work, since swapping back to shell it’s back to 600miles min between regens, it is flatter power wise between 1k and 2k revs.

Not me, but a recruitment agency sent my cv to my then current boss asking if there were any vacancies as I wanted out of my job, that took some explaining!

Our tiguan would flag that up as a misfire warnings when the cam sensor failed, but that would flag up engine fault before it was done, but best bet get it hooked up and scanned.
