So sorry to hear, my condolences to his family and friends. It was Greg’s build for you Chipps that had me ordering my own frame and fork, an incredibly light frame and rigid fork, which I then sold on years later, one of those wish I hadn’t moments. RIP Greg

Lad at work did Ironman Wales and a week later did the Half X up in the lakes, so anything is possible if you’re fit enough.

During the warmer months our cat turns semi ferral, comes to the back door for food, but won’t come and if it does it’ll stress till its outside again, and unfortunately it’ll boss any car on the street and is an excellent hunter killer lol, and this is a cat that was a house cat for six years 🙄

When I got my vitus back end of last year it did that, a tweak of the b tension screw sorted it, thinks its because of narrow wide teeth so chain can be out of sync if the jockey wheel is too far/close.

@DrP yeah had a follow up at 4 weeks and due to go back in a couple of weeks which will be end of month 3, some days are better than others, also spoke to the company nurse as my manager suggested it so that if I had a bad day at work and blew up at someone then my arse would be covered so to speak, nurse suggested counselling so going to ask about that when I see my gp.

One thing I have noticed tho, I always take it first thing in the morning, so by the time I go to bed I’m half dead lol, but taking it at the same time after a night shift I fall asleep but then after a couple of hours my sleep gets disturbed, which until I started taking sertraline I got better sleep after a night shift than at night!

@kayak23 I forgot mine the other day, whilst busy at work I was OK, but the drive home mind just switched off, hadn’t even registered the CD had changed till I stopped at home, so lesson learnt there.

A mini Mayfair was my first.

Was at my local vw dealer waiting to pick up my car after service, and there was a young lass enquiring about the new polo, as she’d had her old version for a year and all her friends were buying the new one, the sales guy was “trying to make the figures work” and she agreed to buy a higher spec new car to replace a one year old one!!!!

I’ve got an mrp sxg sat doing nothing, never been used bar setting the gears up when I first got my bike, so practically new, make me an offer if interested.

Has it got bolt on cable guides? A mate had similar on his boardman and it turned out to be the bolt on guide pinching the outer on the boss.

I have a 142×12 Robert axle project that’s no longer needed, can check the actual over all length later if you’re interested as axles are all different lengths and thread pitch.

Tbh it may look bad, but it’s better than what we had to do to our less than a month old son, we had to his arms and legs down to the x-ray table do they could x-ray his spine, not a nice experience listening to him cry out.

On a side note re PayPal, they’ve stopped all raffles etc from using PayPal, as in their terms its classed as gambling as a couple of other companies I know of have had PayPal accounts suspended.

Definitely agree cables to short, but then again he’s not going to agree that as that’d be admitting he did have all the correct parts.

Some councils stipulate height of hedges, distance from road side to driveway under visual splay on safety grounds, its why most new build estates have no walls or hedges between gardens.

Thanks all, I really do hope we can work problems out, and thanks for those that gave heart felt replies, as for alpin’s comment, saw it and ignored it as it’s the sort of comment I’ve seen off him in the past.

Cheers, the not talking is some of our problem, not that I don’t try, but tother half has been through counselling for depression so its been hard anyway, but other crap has now come on the scene that was well and truly out of the blue, and I didn’t see happening!!
