    Try it.
Ride rigid a lot and makes a big difference.
    Thinking use to be.
Hard ground – low pressure for max grip.
Soft ground – higher psi to cut through..

On my rigid tend to use as low as I can get away with..

Had a few steel and ti frames over years.
Currently on an Indy fab steel delux.
No difference in my opinion between good steel and ti..
Much more around the bike is designed/ put together..

Lots of money to be made in watches if you know what you are doing, specially at the moment with low savings returns.

MOT for me was just a fine, no points.
It is the speeding one that I guess is the problem.
Still be surprised if that was more than 3 points..

Few mates with dodgy backs swear by use suspension posts. Let me know if you fancy trying one – I bought one for a particularly bumpy mayhem on a rigid bike, which I have not used since..

10mm is not a lot, especially when you consider sag .
Compare the stated geometry – head angles etc.

I also bought some Revs off here a couple of weeks ago. When they arrived through the post, they had leaked oil– not much oil, just enough to coat the stanctions and cause me concern.

I have since used them without any problems at all – there has been no oil leak in every day use so I assume they just leaked a bit whilst upside down in transit.
