Or a genesis day one alfine.
Good plan but definately dispense with tensioner.
Rear facing dropouts ok -I had an on one that had these that I used with gears fine ( think they have mech hangers on them ).
I would prob get an EBB frame – singulars are nice.
Just building an Alfine that I bought from on one.

Revs here, as they are just sorted forks, and that is coming from one of the service companies.
    Got u turn ones 110-140 I think.
More because I though I might not like the bike, and switch frames.
    Not an issue now though.
I would get those revs on CRC
Think je james had some chaep also ..

Well, I’m normally a size large in gloves, so I’m hoping that buying one size up will be sufficient?

Chris – Hemlock very nice – should get a hammering over New Year with a bit of luck..

Good luck on the knee .
I did my ankle a few years back – the application of heat as long as you can stand followed by cold seems to be one recommendation to increase blood flow and speed up healing ?? Ultrasound may speed things up = but will cost

    Hopefully nothing too busted..

Something hurt – hopefullyt not too serious.
The swelling/ stifness is just your body telling you to take it easy as I am trying to heal myself..
Normal advice seems to be keep moving it, but will leave that to a doc.

I have a pair of these.
A service would surely demand a new set of stantions, so £150 or so.
Just buy some oil and a syringe and change the oil yourself – ten minute job.

Was in the back of a car on a motorway when the windscreen shattered.
Stayed in one piece but completly crazed over.
Driver put his fist through the windscreen and drove on with sunglasses on.
Progressively more glass was coming in so he had to stop..
This was an old van though.
