Are those DT Swiss E2200 Wheels gonna’ be as strong as Hope Hoops with Mavic 521s?

Things like this really boil my pish, just because you live north (or west for that matter) of an imaginary line and don’t have to pay for prescriptions or uni fees etc, you bang on about being hard done by as if those of us living in England are treated better?!

A mate of mine took his previous employer to the employment tribunal after they made him redundant (but didn’t follow the correct procedures). However in the time it took for the case to be heard he’d got himself a better job! The judge decided that the company were in the wrong, but because he was now better off and hadn’t lost anything (in the long run) the company were given a ‘slap on the wrist’ and nothing else. However my mate was fairly happy as he got an appology made his ex-boss look bad and wasted loads of his time!

521’s should be fine for the trails for Morzine. Maybe not full on DH / FR stuff but you don’t mention your bike.

That’s what I was thinking, I’m not much of a jumper and I’m taking my Heckler (built up fairly strong).

If you’re only buying them for the trip have you tried looking at Superstar Components. Their AM wheels are good value and cheap.

Although I want them for Morzine I’m also going to be using them at Aston Hill, Cwm Carn etc so don’t want to go too cheap and want them to last!

What do the cats do to the grass then? Trample it or something? I’ve heard that can be really bad for it.

They dig in the bare areas, which makes them worse and makes it difficult to re-seed as the bare soil gets dug and crapped on!! (although it’s probably my fault for doing something wrong :( )

Although one of the cats is pretty fat -I think it broke the fence!!

I grew up in Rawtenstall (now live in Oxfordshire and not looking back), my Dad used to commute to Ashton every day in about 30 mins and I did a 3 week course near the airport and commuted from my Mums everyday in under an hour.

I agree that you need to avoid most of Bacup, but there are some nice bits of Rossendale if you look.
