I wouldn’t be working for my current company (a consultancy company), but would be the same client (different, but similar project) with the opportunity to work for different clients too.

I once called IT support because I couldn’t open email attachments, so the helpful chap said he’d email me step by step instructions to get it sorted, which he did….. as an attachment 🙄

If you can’t fix it with turning it off and back on most are bloody useless (in my experience).

I read somewhere the other day (I can’t find it now) that the studio audience were pretty supportive of Huey Morgan because of a load of faffing about while trying to film (which was obviously cut out). Why didn’t I think of that! I called them (they were who I bought from anyway) and as predicted they were really helpful, but the chap has said that it doesn’t really matter whether I use one or two bolts so I’ll go for the single bolt as it means putting them on and taking them off will be a little quicker!
