Get it in the oven as soon as you wake. Oil, salt and pepper and cover in foil.
When it’s cooked like 3/4s take the foil off and peel the skin off the breast. Salt it and pour it’s juices over the breast every 30mins. This will make the top of the breast a wee bit crunchy.
Once the whole thing is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Once cool or nearly cool break it all down with your hands and discard the bones. You can then reheat some for dinner in a much smaller ceramic pan.

The derwentwater independent hostel is my go to. Plenty of parking,.members kitchen and they do food and drink. Two steps from the lake. A beautiful waterfall in the grounds and is literally on the bash route.

My mate had an attempted robbery of his bike while he was riding it in daylight in Hanley. Now Stoke-on-Trent on trent has a rep as a bit of a shithole but generally crime isn’t too high and daylight muggings are relatively uncommon. These scrotes on bikes rode alongside him, one said ‘nice bike, I’m having that’ and one tried to yank him by grabbing his jacket. Fortunately he wriggled free and gave it beans off down the road and the scrotes couldn’t keep up. Victim blaming…perhaps he shouldn’t be riding his 3k full susser on the commute. I suggested cable tied collapsable cosh to the frame. I’m not usually a violent person but a good thwack with that will be more memorable than a caution from a copper. 🙂

Make a complaint in writing, make it very clear that you are alleging dissatisfaction and financial loss. Maybe work out the difference between current fixed rate you’d take and their SVR. Then if they don’t agree they’ve done anything wrong take it to the FOS.
It’s very easy to remediate accounts, even after the occurrence.

I caved in and put it on last night but the system is set on last year’s settings of 2hrs in the morning and 3 in the evening at 19’C.
What lengths of time and temps does yowse lot have it running?
