Yes Cheeszy the Titus looks great but 2.1 is a bit narrow , and im guessing 2.1 is tight , usually run 2.2 to 2.3 large volume maxxis or continental. Will have a look at the thread.

I used to run 2.4 Nobby Nics on my P7 2010 model ,ok for most trails not so good on wet rocky stuff but on the mountain with peat/loamy trails with loose rock they where fine, and set up tubless I could run them softer for more cush at the back and plenty of grip, rolled well also,

Carbine is the old 26″ with revised drop outs to take the 27.5″ , less travel than the t275 , taper headset on carbine , T275 1 1/2″….
ISCG tabs on the T275, carbine is a Trail bike, T275 Enduro :D I have one of the last Tracer 2’s running 26″ wheels although you can buy the drop outs and run 27.5″ absolutely the fastest bike I have ridden, wish I had the skills to use it.

I’m in Minera Daisy_Duke , I usually ride up the Worlds End Road across the planks (Offas Dyke) then into the forest or up and over the masts and sneak back into the forest and ride the black and red trails and finish with a brew and cake :D then have to do the climb again to burn said cake off :D

I tried it , never really worked turned the Stans rim strip very soft and swelled up wouldn’t go back on but now fit my 29er rims :D tyres where always sweating blue beads of fluid, had to stick some stans in to get a seal so had tyres that weighed a ton coated with the Fenwicks gunk, went back to stans with new tyres no problems at all.

The new 160mm Pikes seem the new go to, I have Fox 34’s seem pretty good so far, but I think Pikes are said to be better, New 36’s are coming 20mm or 15mm option and lighter than the olld 36’s

I went to an Orange 5 gave the same sort of confidence feeling, then went to a SC Butcher which was great, now have a Tracer 2 which is also very good, steady climbers all of them but go down very well.Had a Nomad for a while sold it when I lost my job that was a very nice bike.

Llandegla have both in for demo , I’m about the same height would go medium in both see how it goes, I’ve owned both in 26″ form and they both give a great sense of security and confidence , and helped me with my less than perfect skills. I think my Heckelr was a better alrounder, but they have changed quite a bit.
