Try searching for the push monoblock link, or intense`s own, it stiffens up the rear.

My advice is go and see a chiropracktor, it did wonders for my whiplash,

Oh, stupid me, its got HORIZONTAL dropouts !
-and no eccentric BB, on frame either
And it has some bigger bolts on both sides, of wheel for securing the wheel.

My friend, girl…, would probaly be most happy, with some kind of leave it alone, dont mess with, getting dirty fingers….

On the sheldon page i saw a dingy that instead, of going on the not existing geardropout, but whent on the chain stay, with a pulley,
hmmmmmmmm, any one know where to get such a dingy ?, or something else ?

Other wise the chain tugs, was not a bad idea

The giant trance above is a super bike, very good down, very good up, and can be had dirt cheap, just stick a pike in front and you will, carpet bomb anything in front ! -if you go for the spider, put a 130mm, 140mm fork in front too.

    SPD………….

Very important, have somebody skilled adjust the pedal, (you have to use a small unbraco key)so release at a only a slight twist by your foot is enough for you to release.
You will grow to love them 🙂

They are ace, go for the new evo version, that has just come out. very inspiring, in forest-like trails, mud, and i have had them to tenerife too, and they performed perfect.

    jeb

They are not really lighter, or faster, but they are so simple to work, regrease, set preload on, that a monkey on crack can do it.
Mine has worked for 6 years.
I have before ruined dt 240, tunes, and i dont ride that sick.
I dont consider it a pimp object, just a part that plain works.

Yep, copper grease, is magic, give your bike a good intime rub in !
I found greasing the seatclamp, and especially taking the rear frame hanger off, and greasing there could be the answer

    Hello

i had suffered from similar footpain, in heel, and forfoot, what helped major for me, was getting some spenco(go to there website) and get the sole with the foam(green, yellow)

    http://image.loebeshop.dk/1000/x/scale/watermark-loebeshop/p/Billeder/Spenco%2008/spenco%20rx%20arch%20cushions%2032-045.jpg

    http://www.spenco.com/rx_8.shtml

As far as i can see, they make 2 types, one thinner, and one thicker, pick the thicker. -best ,if you go and see them yourself, maybe try them.

also, wear running, shoes, or similar, with its thick cushion, it will instant, or over time, make the pain go away, because, the pressure, will lessen.

Send me a email, if you have any Q

    Giant Reign.

Totally stunning, i owned, ellsworth ID, nomad, intense5.5, Blur LT, just fitted it with CK wheels, pike team air, fox rp2, it pedals crazy fast, best climber i had(maybe the nomad was just as good) and its slack headtube, is super when pointing the bike down.
    Just get it.

    i was a bit worried….

But the bearings, is fine, it is nearly a new frame.
So i would rather leave the bearings there, is it possible to mask the bearings, with som bolts and washers, get it sanded and painted, and then afterwards, clean them in solvent, blow them with a airgun, and regrease theme ???

i once, for some odd reason, did not eat meat at all for a some month, i lost loads om strength while riding, and i did pass out sereval times, i chairs, on my sofa, quite scary…
Your link looks very interesting, one thing could also be see your doc, he have talk, and eventually run a test, concerning the depressive area, to see if something sticks out, and deal from it there.

Maybe put the bike in the shed, for a couple a month, and start running, and evaulate ??

    Cheers
