    Here you go

This i what you want to do, it is the magic bullet!

Do the second exercise, where he has the one leg, in front of him, and he bends over towards it.
It will stretch your big mucsles from the upper leg, it will hurt a bit, but thats a sign, you are doing it right!
do it 2-3 x times a day, for a couple of minutes
You can also do the exercise standing leaning over fx a kitchen table.

    Cheers

Go on a group ride, or friends, -but important, they must be a tad better than you, you will learn cornering, signs(oh lots of signs for potholes, walkers…) and the art of sucking anothers rearwheel ( real handy when you are burnt out!) -i am myself a pretty diehard mtb, but roadbiking is so diffrent in a good way, that i am always looking forward for the next spin. And tour of flanders is on telly sunday, wactch and learn 😉

    Try:

    1. get off coffeee, tea, completely, only decaff. (that has made a huge diff at me, my heartrate dropped, making me faster on the bike 🙄

    2. no idea,if it helps, but try getting off sugar !

Get CHAIN-L oil, it so good, long lasting, and will keep your drivetrain, shifting and running for insane long time. Google it, there is a uk importer, read the reviews.

I mounted a 75mm stem, it really helped the steering and, for the geometry, no more aching on the back either!

    Running !

It is so easy, when once you have sorted right shoes and cloth, mud and snow is not problem! -the woods around copenhagen, is pretty horrible, supermuddy, so running it is for next 3 weeks. 🙂

    Hello

Try woolsocks, i myself cannot anymore wear synthetics, try wool,
for the cold now, go with a thin, for inner, and a bit thicker on top ( 2 layer princip). but if room is tight, go for one thick. I think icebreaker socks, and smartwool are very good. But if you have any wool, just try them first.
For me, and not being a expert, it seem synth gives some friction, so my apex of toes, get really red, and sore. also make sure that the sock is big enough, so it does not compress.

    Cheers

Vesterbro, Enghave plads around there, is the “hipster” place at the monement, quite close to the docks. a fun hood, good deal of couples, younger with kids, but also a lot of nightlife, culture.
I live at Sankelmarksgade, try look it up at google, maps
    Apartment is expensive, heavy… , like 200.000£ for a 3- 3.5 room !
-and yes malmø, is def cheaper. No cycling on the bridges, no lanes, its illegal!
But the train from malmø, is very fast, and get you quick to the heart of copenhagen, and you have some very good singletrack at the wood called “”genarp, not that far from malmø.

I know it does not look fancy, but does as the elder gentleman in top of leg, and it have to hurt a bit, doe it 2 times a day, also you can do the same stretch, standing over a stable table, it will stretch your itb band, running down your leg, and over your knee, i have done it for years, and it kept my knees nice and yummy!

Set the set screws very loosly, give them some lube, fx teflon, or dry, ultimately, i also had quite sensible knees, time atac pedals was very fine for that.

I always thinks, if the frame is a keeper, when the bearings has to be changed, the drama to get them out of the more fragile carbon, much prefer the alu ! 😛

Here some very good stretching, had kept me running injuriefree for years, it deals with your big muscle on upper leg, and will loosen tension on your kneecap.
I mostly do it standing, putting my bend leg on the kitchen table.
it is exercise: 3A. Short Gluteal Muscles—start position 3B. Short gluteal muscles
    Maybr it could help 🙄

    DONT do it.

34 years old. Bought a GT bmx.

    Practised 1 week.

    Thought i was matt Hoffmann.

Did a lame trick, knocked my front tooth out.

Sold it. Never touched a bmx since.

as told give them some loving tapping with a rubber mallet, with the bolt on so you dont damage the threads, also try pulling it apart, go HULK style with a big roar!

As i started mtb i was wearing cotton trainers during winter times!
    Result real sore knees……
-so now i always has to wear knee warmers, with windstopper, even in summmertime…. but it does not bother me really, never been a hipster 🙂
-so dress proberly, knee and armwarmers, awesome kit.

    jeb

    1. get chiba gloves or specialized gloves, with lots og gel
    2. shorter stem, i ride a 60 mm, absolutely love it, keeps the cockpit real short! -bikecomponents.de has some nice one, called procraft.
    3. look for a handlebar with short reach, and curvy drops, like fsa:

    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=50187

When getting a new frame, look for a tall headtube, like 17o-190 mm
    4. wrap gel, or slice an old tube, and wrap it under your handlebartape.

    Sorted 😆
