-solution………………. most of the day i wear aspics running shoes, that are so comfy, that i dont have any
heel pain anymore…
-but also try to stretch your achilles tendon, by leaning your feet towards fx a some stair

I have the kind of symptoms, but found out if i eat 5-apples, and some banans during the day once a week, the cold just vanishes! , before that i ate b, c d, vitamins with no really effect, so go fruity….
