Are you using a clear hose from the nipple to bottle, then you can see when the air is out of the system. have you still got plenty of brake pad left?.

Sorry but there were 3 roads coming into that round about, the green car was on what I would class as Straight on, the one the rider was taking was of to the right, agree with Samuri, could be case of rider hidden behind A piller for the driver, Plus its a broken line at the junction so you dont have to stop before entering roundabout, plus the rider should be on the defensive expecting this kind of thing to happen, Plus signaling to turn right and slowing up, he just seamed to keep going at the same pace.a lot of car drivers also have no idea what/how to indicate at roundabouts these days, At work were we drive for a living we all did a drivers awareness course the other week and were shown some very graphics films of poor driving/accidents and advised that its a good thing to keep up to speed on the Highway code.

RED TRAFFIC LIGHT means STOP, does not matter if you are on a bike, car, truck, scooter, milf float.motor bike, tractor, invalide carriage. you stop, thats the LAW, if you got hit,or you hit someone, you would have the book thrown at you, period, rant over

Use it all the time, year round and found it to be great, you just need to apply it after the ride so it dries, then all the crap does not attract to the chain on the ride, and with a lot of my riding in Thetford it does not attract the sand to the chain like a lot of lubes I have used in the past

Mustard and Rape are 2 different plants, Mustard seed is orange/brown, rape is black, we could just call it Canola like they do in the USA/Canada

Got 2 pairs of Hummvee shorts, live in them. drive the tractor/quad/telehandler, build race courses in them, one pair is 5 years old now and just a little hole on the front were it snagged one day, love all the zip up pockets, so dont loose the change, and the pocket knife, highly recommend them.

They are not so hot on the use of phones in hospitails now, Phones in petrol station is another one thats a myth, you are more likely to blow up through static touching the car, Phone on planes, lot of very complicated electronics on there, plus I seem to remember that several of the bombs in the past were set of by cell phones, we are lucky the airlines have not jumped on this one yet and make us all hand them in as we board and get them back the other end.

If you were on Medusa at Dalby, the 29ers were the bike to ride, much smoother down the trial, Plus 29ers out sell 26inch wheels in the USA at the moment, even though the bike looked big on Willow, bet you wish you could ride at the pace for 5 laps.

in the eyes of the low, anything that goes beyound the car bumper is not legal, Including towbars,(Still dont know how the AA get away with those big red boxes on the back of their vans) BUT the plod will turn a blind eye to towbars, boot racks will pass if you fit a light board with reg plate after you have put the bikes on, so us drivers can see you, BUT you must remove the rack when not in use.

yep, hit a parked car when we had all the snow, left a note on there windshield with a contact, they were very greatfull
another story, my father was waiting for a train to pass at a crossing, nice day, sun roof open, as the train went by, lump of grease came of the train and landed on the passenger seat, BUT thats not as funny as the cow in a cattle truck that S***T all over the back seat of a Merc convertable stuck next to it in a traffic jam. the girl in the white suit driving it was not a happy bunny.

Id like to see you change a bulb in some of these new cars, some you have to take bumpers, batterys etc off/out to get the bulbs in

Transfil flying snake carbon cable sets KG24 £24.99. almost as good as Gore at 1/2 the price, only thing I can see that is different between Transfil and Gore is the Gore wire cable has the Goretex wrap that makes it very slippery, running both types at the moment and the Gore is supper smooth, but the Transfil is smooth and last about 2 years per cable set, then the sleeve between the cable and out gets rucked up,mainly in the loop to the rear mech, have not run the Gore long enough to give any feed back on it yet.
Im just about to try out some PowerCordz Synthetic Fibre cable on the outer parts of Transfil to see how it works.

Yes they are a lot bigger, 2.1 is the best of the 3 sizes, the 1.8 is great on the rear but they let go rather unpredictably in the corners if used on the front,

Next he will be moaning about tractors and trucks, Well Sir, if it was not for either of them, all those nice meals you like to eat would not get grown or transported to the shops, roads were built for horses in the first place, Just step back and think about things a little more.

Read your highway Code, cyclist are allowed to ride 2 abreast, But you cannot ride a horse 2 abreast.

Makes the Buggers slow up to go round you if you are 2 abreast

Yep the trail down to the house/cafe has been repaired in the last couple of years, agree its not all slippy roots like it used to be But then it would never have lasted with the traffic that goes over it now, lots of the trails at PyB are under repair at the moment and now with Andy as the cycle ranger (he is the brains behind the Penmachno trail) I think PyB has a fantastic time ahead, rode at PyB Easter weekend and lots of work has gone on since I was there at Christmas
Its just a shame the money cannot be found to get the trails in East Anglia up to the same standard we all enjoy over the rest of the UK

Worked at a fiat/Alfa garage for 6 years as a driver, they are lovely cars, but got to give them plenty of TLC, change the cam belt by the book, (if not before) service them by the book, the 2.4, 5 cyclinder diesel is the one to go for, miles of smiles, fantastic motor, GM even used the Alfa diesel in the last Vectra,
159 sportwagon is a pretty looking motor.
