Forestry probably dont own as much of the land they farm, they lease it already, Elveden estates in Thetford own a big chunk of the forest, so if they do sell it off they will more than likely lease it back for the growing of timber, my thoughts anyway

There is a branch of National car rental Europcar in London (Sorry cannot remember branch) that has a massive pile of new mats from hire cars they take out before they get put out on rent.

Star fangled nut should have nothing to do with the rocking of your fork, all its meant to do is snug down the stem then tighten the stem and you can then back the nut on the SFN of a tad, to put a new one in, its a lot simpler with the proper tool, BUT I have found over the years its best just to go round the bottom row and tap them in a bit so when you put it in the steer tube it then starts of inline and not going at an angle, if you dont have the tool, get a Long bolt that fits the centre and knock it in with it, it needs to site in the steer tube about 10/12mm in.

They are based at Wattasham, Suffolk, hence seeing them near Royston, delivered a rental car one day to RAF Honington, parked the car on the perryroad, there was an apache hovering about 20 feet of the deck following me,scary, when you think the pilots of them are trained to use both eyes independantly, the one round the M25 was probably the new police vehicle to stop speeding drivers LOL

Rapid rise is the most normal way, just think, big knob big gear, little knob, little gear, simple, and its the same with the front when you think about it, big knob goes to big ring ie big gear and little knob goes to little ring, ie little gear, and both shifters are working the same way round, again simple

We have got the coures all mowed and strimmed now so its ready to go, it also drys faster now if it rains as the vegataion is cut back, we had a BIG dump of rain this afternoon but it drys real fast in the forest, conditions have been spot on lately, just enough water to hold the sand together but the course has plenty of grip but not muddy, and still fast as it was at the weekend you could have run semi slicks.

I will try and remeber to post course conditions near the time. or just check in on our website forum http://www.thetfordmtbracing.com

USE Exposure, diablo, great as a bike light and has been fantastic as a flash light this summer when the baler has gone tits up at night and I needed a flash light to see to sort it out, and with the car charger just plugged it into the tractor power accessory to keep it charged up. stonking
USE Exposure will have their 2011 lights to show at this years Marin Dusk til Dawn on October 2/3rd at High Lodge forest centre Thetford.

What a KNOB, most of us ride our bikes for the social side, not to be going full tilt round the forest, mountains etc, we all have busy lives with work and family, and maybe some may have a few extra pounds BUT they are getting of their butts at the weekend and doing something about it. I myself am skinny but have to watch the colestral level and I need to get out on my bike just to make me feel better in myself

If its not one of those speed ramps that goes all the way across the road, NO, they are designed to allow ambualances to pass over them without disturbing the treatment going on in them, So Please dont park on them.

Brandon country Park is open 24/7, they need access to the old folks home so the gates are never shut.
Not a good plan to park on a fire roads at night, we have problems with youths on motor bikes breaking into cars

if its May its not valid, you should get them no later than 6 weeks, even if you had a hire/lease car you should get it in that period of time, after that its not valid, BUt she should take a big leason and slow up or be more aware of whats going on around her if she is driving for a living, I got done on the mobile REVENUE camera last year for being 2mph over the limit in a 30, 3 points/£60 he was also on the other side of the road shooting across a grass island, did not know they could get you both ways, got that after 28 years of points free driving for a living,

Here try this GR 615555 map #115 just of the side of Crib Gich, there are 2 small tarns, camped there many years ago, it was rather spectacular, you access it from the Snowdon railway or Grib y Ddysgi via Clogwyn Person, its steep but well worth the camp

I have 05 Focus Estate, with over 100,000 on the clock, drives like a new motor, serviced by the book, nothing has fell off, very pleased with it, only fault is the elecric boot release does not like water and stops working at times but you can unlock on the key
I have had 6 Pugs over the years 2×305 4×405 all have done over 100.000, one did over 200.000 miles in 3.5 years, that was a fantastic motor, one was dog from day one, 2, the heads cracked at about 30.000 (6 months old) but they were all fixed under warrenty.Recommend an old Pug to this day
