Last race at the Thetford Alan said to me “did not realise we had a chimps party at the race” never cleared so many Bannana skins up from the parking area, they dont rote down they just go black and slimy. orange peal just drys out and stays for ever, Put them in the bin or take them home, another PET hate dog shit in bags, dont hang it in a tree like we keep finding in Thetford, put it in the bin or take it home, or as you are in the country just kick poo into the undergrowth and dont worry about putting it in a bag, all the deer, foxes etc dont bag it up, rant over.

hope the bastards have not damaged the tank and fitting like some have done down here, and then you are unable to refil, we have same issues with red diesel going from farm machinery.

Trouble with modern oil burners is they have got them to close to the performance of a petrol and up the HP and the power band and this has decreased the economy, 25 years ago when they were slow off the mark, no turbos and diesel was way cheaper than petrol this is when I was first driving diesels, you would get way better economy, you have to look hard and do plenty of research to find a good frugal diesel these days, Passat are good, friend of mine before his company gave him one of them daft electric/petrol cars was getting 60plus (loads of motorway miles), Im run a Focus TDCI 1.6 Estate and am very please with its economy, ave 49mpg and low down torq. used every day as a work horse.

Yes, cold weather and cold oil, not a good combination. probably need to let the vehicle run for some time before trying to tip the trailer, when I lived in the USA and it was minus daft every morning in the winter we had to let tractors run for an hour to get warm before we could run the snow blower. also sounds like some water contamination has got into the system

Ford Focus estate tdci 110 hp, 126,000, regular servicing, nothing else,05 plate, runs like a train, 55gallon, never let me down, get bike across the boot with the wheels out, spends plenty of time up and down farm tracks to, not a clonk on rattle to date, Fantastic car, just boring. :D

Never ran a car in yet, just drove them as normal and just about all my cars have done over 100K before trading them in and never had any major bills from poor driving.Only thing that has changed now which I dont think is good, we always used to change the oil at 1000 miles from new, then every 5/6000 miles those days are gone but never thought it a bad thing.

What they need to do is take the speed limiters of the trucks so they can get past each other and save the tail backs, I drive in the US a lot and never have issues with 2 trucks causing tail backs, and we need more cops on the road enforcing the law, drivers in the US obay the law as there are cops hidding on freeways and they will pull you and fine you, I do think we should do away with the points system.

Haha, I do some part time work for National Europcar and would NEVER hire a car from them due to there deposite rules etc, I always hire from Dollar rent car when hiring in the USA, no big deposite (in fact no deposite) bring the car back empty, have been fantastic, in fact last time I had a couple of little issues about the car I had for a month on hire and I have a nice discount sitting ready for when I hire again in October.

In the states the orange lights on the top 3 centre, one each corner, show they are a towing vehicle, and BIG, we also have them on our pickups as we tow aswell, here in the UK its handy at night as the truck driver sits higher up, you see the lights on the cab before the headlights if they are in a dip, its handy so you can dip your lights before you blind him.
