Not ridden a Tracer but have ridden a Primer and an ACV.

Both pretty amazing bikes, have a look at the design process to see why the cost what they do (or maybe what they dont) and make your own mind up.

I’ve recently started having overnight oats, dead easy. 1 part oats to 2 parts milk (partner is vegan so have used soya/coconut/almond milk instead)

Leave in fridge overnight and on the morning just grab the bowl out, slice a banana or throw some blueberries in and away you go. Zero prep, minimal mess and healthy.

I’d buy locally if I could find somewhere who had them who didn’t want more than £50 more than online the reccomended retail price.

    Fixed that for you.

This exact issue just happened to me.

My garage offered the option of sending the dash unit off for reconditioning for £110. Including reprogramming of the keys.

No idea of the name of the place that does this (the had to send it off) but might be worth a Google.

If it’s any consolation it’s a ****ing nightmare sometimes trying to find a suitable bike at a suitable price for a customer when you work in a bike shop at this time of year too.

    Agreed, incredible film.

The volume was loud for us too. For me though it added to the atmospherics and gave an indication of how terrifying being attacked by stukas would have been.

    Hi,

Have tried it in the shop with a joy stick. Feels fine to me, put helmet on and had a good shake. Felt nice and stable. Can send photos if you want.

    Cheers

Paid similar for a pair of norrona baggies.

    5 year warranty

Wore them for a year long cycle tour to Bangkok. Not a stitch out of place, little fading but that’s it.

Im sure 3 pairs of 40 quid shorts would last for the same amount of time.

Yes I’d buy shorts at that much, only these if the warranty exists.

In fact now I think about it (I now work in a Bike shop) we have tried to arrange return for a bike purchased in the US and it wasnt even considered, they wouldnt look at it and advised it needed to go back to the market it came from.

I havent had experience with bike stuff but used to work in an outdoors shop and there we/the UK distributors would generally not accept return of items bought outside of the EU.

I have been through there while on a cycle tour throught the area.

Didnt have any time off there but its a really nice little town! What transport do you have?

You can get over to the islands from there to explore, maybe a day or two trip south to Dubrovnik? National park right behind to explore.

Maybe a trip over to Mostar from there too?

    You should go.

Ive spent about 2 or 3 months in the country in the last 12 and love it there. Once you are there you will realise how great it is and feels very non threatening. At a push you may want to avoid Istanbul but you’d be missing out. My girlfriend used to live there and we still know westerners living there with no issue.

The people are amazing, the scenery is fantastic and the food is awesome. I would go back tomorrow with no hesitation and feel that its a shame people pass up on a country that offers so much.

We have them in stock at Alf Jones Cycles (Gresford/Wrexham) if you want to see one.

In 27.5 and 29er flavour. A 29er might be good for what you are after. Nice little specced packages and have been popular sellers.

And go to a decent ski boot fitter, they will get a boot to fit and can modify boots to make more room if needed.

Try head boots, they are higher volume and have more room for the calf.

If you haven’t skied before then hire boots and then buy when you can shell out a bit for them and get a good, well fitting pair with a customer footbed in there. Budget around 300 quid.

What sort of distance are we talking about when you saw the horse, slowed etc?

I always slow to a walking pace and ask politely if I can pass. If something arrived at 10 mph (which probably doesn’t seem very fast) from a blind spot making little noise then its probably enough to spook a horse. I treat them like I wish cars treated me!

Should be able to take the mp3 out on them, and any mavic dealer should help you out. not sure how you’d get on returning the wheels under normal warranty warranty, not mp3 if you had torder though…

I’m not sure whether it’s Charlie or Ison who are dealing with it but I work in a bike shop and have a mukluk that’s affected so will phone ison and find out tomorrow. I’m not sure it’s the logo that’s the issue, more that it identifies the batches of forks with different materials or designs?
