Check out Select Apple stores. https://uk.selectonline.com/ipad/ipad-10th-gen

I’ve used them for my last two when they had offers where you pay monthly and then exchange for a new upgrade one and not pay last six months and start again.similar to buying a phone. Huddersfield one now closed but they still have stores or on line. They also offer 3 years warranty For free which is a bonus. Couldn’t fault the helpful and knowledgeable staff .

Big-bud I don’t know where you got the info that you can’t be prosecuted for no licence. Currently approximately 1000 per week are prosecuted for it.

Once you manage to get it off I’d suggest getting one of the easy fit taps that are available such as a Bristan Echo.

They are fitted from above the worktop and come with flexible tails. Very easy diy job to fit. Just make sure when you fit the top on that you you locate the grub screws and tighten them properly.

I can recommend one of these if you want to stop squirrels. The cage is built of thick gauge metal which they can’t chew through and it has a screw top which totally stops them from destroying it or getting at the food. They gave up after a couple of attempts. I only use sunflower hearts in it as mixed seed bits the birds don’t like just gets thrown around and attract rats which have now stopped coming. Although fox and badger in the garden at night might also help.
ive got a small ‘house’ style feeder for suet pellets but gets emptied in a couple of hours by magpies and recently starlings which not had before this year. Strangely squirrels totally ignore the suet pellets. Can’t put fat pellets out as magpies again will destroy them in quick time and peanuts just get ignored by most birds as well and go mouldy.

    1. Just had a new  boiler fitted  yesterday by local plumber that I use.25 year old Ideal gravity
    2. fed replaced with new Ideal max 24 for heat and hot water tank. I wanted to keep tank as we have solar panels with immersion which in the summer gives us all our hot water without using the boiler. £3336 with all the new pumps, expansion tank etc that new boilers require. So quite a lot of new pipe work and connecting water feed etc as new ones are pumped not gravity feed. £560 of that was vat.
    3. Can’t believe how much hotter the radiators and hot water are. Old boiler must have been so inefficient.

If you’re going in February take a warmer/windproof top as it can still be cool and breezy at times. Certainly if you go out for evening stroll you’ll need one. There is a coastal cycle path runs all the way from Palma to Can’Pastilla and Arenal. From there you can head out to Luc Major for cafe stop and loop back on numerous routes. If you fancy doing a bit of a climb then head out for Valdermossa. It’s a lovely village in the hills with lots of cafes. It’s a steady climb but not horrendously hard and doesn’t have all the switchbacks that say the steeper Soller climb has.( Which is also a good ride but it’s a climb over the pass there and back! ) its a great fast run back down to rather main road..
when you drop back down to the Ma11 cross over and head for Baix del puig and then Santa Maria del cami for coffee. From there there are lots of roads back to Palma. In fact you’ll never get lost from most villages as you just follow Palma signs back.
Most main roads have cycle lanes at the side but there are lots of quieter minor roads you can follow.I can recommend Berganti bikes in Can’Pastiila  who  will deliver to your hotel if you want. They have excellent range of bikes on their website to choose from. Can take your own pedals if you want . I also take my saddle as I know it’s comfortably! Can’t help with off road as I’ve not done any.

On holiday in Corfu. In the Flying Fox restaurant on the road above Paleokastritsa  I had the best moussaka I’ve ever eaten.
In the 80’s was in Milan for F1 GP. Had some Spaghetti with a plain tomato sauce in a small back street cafe. Still not had one as good since.

Both simple home cooked but perfect dishes.

I’ve got the UR300 and mt200 on a On One FreeRanger flat bar I built up and also come as standard on my Cannondale Neo quick flat bar  e-bike. They work really well, a good reliable set up. Get some Gorilla semi pads and they won’t squeal either!!

Do you have a Select store near you? They only sell Apple stuff but are not an official Apple Store. They give 3 year warranty on all their stuff which is better than Apple give.If you want to you can use their easy upgrade option where you pay monthly 0% and then exchange for a new one after 24 months without paying all the cost or pay it off if you want to keep it.I used this at the store in Huddersfield to change my last iPad  for a newer one. I  can’t fault the store and staff or the or how the easy upgrade scheme works.

Superb series.Original car was not actually a Ferrari though. I think even the engine noise was dubbed.

Check out the Grundig machines at currys. Can’t fault ours. Their motors come with a 10 year guarantee.

If you use curry’s finance offer you can get 6 months interest free if you pay it off in that time ifmoney is tight at the moment.

Stumpjon have you seen this for setting up AA wirelessly in your Kia.

It wasn’t turned on in my new Jazz hybrid, only CarPlay. A forum member posted how to get into hidden sub menus and there you could turn on wireless AA. So it’s weird that Honda doesn’t do it anyway.

Check out Planet X eBay site above. I got the same frameset in the ‘lovely’
Cream egg colours and have built it up as a flat bar Sram 1×11 bike as I prefer a flat bar. Without trying it weighs just over 9kg. The FreeRanger always has good reviews.

Planet X have some carbon Rival 1×11 free rangers At the moment for £1200.

The ranger and the CDC are actually the same frameset.
They are Carbonda 696 framesets made in China. They are a well regarded frameset. Lots of stuff on line about them.I’ve got one built up as a flat bar bike. A nice light bike with fittings for guards and panniers. You’ll not be disappointed if you get one.

What size are you? Large Cannondale Neo3 here in shop soiled section.
    https://www.hargreaves-cycles.co.uk/m39b0s418p10259/CANNONDALE-SuperSix-EVO-Neo-3-2021
Good shop to deal with. 2 friends have the ultegra version and really rate them. They weigh about 12kg. Check out this YouTube ride that did 300k on one
    https://youtu.be/ladrLKmlavw.
I have an alloy flat bar Neo Quick I bought from the same shop for a winter bike with the same power system. The Mahle power system is very good as there is no drag once you go past the cut off speed. Unlike a crank based motor which does drag and adds a lot of weight. Even on my Neo which weighs about 16kg i can do an 80 mile ride and still have 50% battery left as you don’t even need it on for a lot of the ride or you go faster than the 15mph cut off speed anyway. And even you can have the lowest green setting only set at 80% power so that it feels like an ordinary bike and ride on that setting nearly all the time.

The Free Ranger is based on a Carbonda 696 frameset. The same is used by Dolan for their GXC gravel bike and others. It’s a highly regarded Chinese frameset. You can actually buy it direct from them if you want and painted to your spec. There is loads of info on line about them. I have the FreeRanger built up as a SRam 1x flat bar bike as I prefer a flat bar. Can’t fault it. It’s a light nice handling bike, can’t fault it. Lots of clearance with fittings for all you will need and 700 or 650 wheels.
Check out PlanetX eBay site https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/planetxbikesuk/m.html?_trkparms=folent%3Aplanetxbikesuk%7Cfolenttp%3A1&_trksid=p3542580.m47492.l71971
They sell slightly marked framesets off half price which is where I got mine.

You need a Sram X3 7 speed trigger shifter. I bought one for my granddaughters bike last year. Fitted and working in about 20 minutes and didn’t even need to adjust the derailleur.

Have you considered Planet X free ranger.
    https://www.planetx.co.uk/c/q/bikes/gravel-adventure-bikes/on-one-free-ranger
A full carbon bike. I bought a frameset from their eBay site and built it up as a flat bar SRAM 1×11 bike. A light and comfy bike with fittings for everything you’ll need. Always gets good reviews.
