lol yeah, compared to the decent down to the reservoir.

To the OP – me and my riding partner, gave two of our tubes away for people with tubeless. More hassle than there worth in my opinion.

My mate has a full sus, me with a hard tail. Overtook everyone on the gap run down with no problems. I saw a torque rider with Rocket Rons 😀

No wonder people were getting pinch flats. Although I was on Maxxis small block 8's – no problems.

    running 40psi front and rear.

MidlandTrailquestsGraham – You were just behind me, 2 minutes. it’s a shame that I had Sporty pal on my phone, but battery ran out at 4 hours 22 minutes. On the short steep climb to the gap.

I’m going to input your GPX file to my sporty pal. Thanks dude.

Ive had bad service from CRC and very good service! refunded £188…
Although my stiffee at xmas had 2x bent hangers one after the other.

I will still buy as they are cheap! YOU get what you pay for.

I have a 09 19.5inch Stiffee, Took it too Morzine 6 weeks ago and loved it. As Disco808 said, the harder you ride it the more rewarding it is. I have mine with 150mm Revs and race it, lol its ace.

Jim Kirk – I 'raced' a Stiffee at the weekend, I think I saw your bike, was it a creamy yellow?

I also had an S works Enduro mentioned in this thread. Suffered from lower back pain with that. Moved to the stiffee, realised that it’s a fit issue not the bike as much as you'd think.

I now do not suffer from back pain with the HT. maybe it’s the way you ride, no disrespect! On full sus bikes people sometimes get lazy when riding eg. Sitting down.

On my Stiffee whenever it gets rough I’m on my legs – only sitting down get rid of lactic acid etc. although got a little painful in Morzine.

    Any other opinions?

How did you get the lowers off? I have unscrewed the bolts then 'tapped' the schrader valve. that has come dislodged but the lowers wont slide off.

Do I need to do anything on the compression side?

Just close one eye as it will not help. I used to do this alot…
Now I just stand over the top tube and 'keeping both eyes open' and messure it from there.
    Works fine.
