Ive done many XC races and none of them were on a canal tow path. Im sure it will change but at the moment its sucks.

I have the RLT 120mm came with my specialized 2011 bike. Lovely fork and does the job very well. I have been looking after it though with lower leg services and a damper oil change. Fixed any issue I’ve had with them.
Rumour has it that rockshox never put the correct amount of oil in, so replace it as soon as you buy them. I’ve had to do this with 2010 rev race and these SID’s.
I’ll give 4/5 because my cable guide bolt snapped as the reviewed showed 🙁

Drained all oil out of the damping side, rod can now be pushed up inside.
Refilled with 105ml and it works fine.

It had 110ml or there abouts. weird. but now happy.

Revs are long travel trail forks. I dont know where Reba’s fit now as I have SID RLT 2011. There 120mm and work amazingly well. Very light fork but probably not as stiff as the reba’s.

WTF – get out geek.

Bike mechanic at Clic24 bled the brakes. all issues have been cured.
Did 12 hours on the bike with no issues.

Im thinking the system had air in and the pistons were being pushed uneven on to the disc’s.

Anyway – get them bled properly.

You’ll be lucky to get 12 hours from me, the rate my bike is going! Going to give me a headache with the brake squeel.

New discs didn’t fix it, nor did cleaning the pistons and rebuilding the mounting hardware.

The only idea I have is that its the caliper thats got the problem, somthing to do with the pistons. I think the pistons are wobbling becasue when I push them back in somtimes they go in ‘one sided first’ how is this possible if they have a perfect fit. its not. Never happened to my Mini’s.

Im realy worried about the click 24. might go to the shops tomorrow and get some Hopes.

Well…. New pads didn’t fix it. went for a 30mile XC ride. I had to cut it short as couldn’t stand the vibrations. (had to stand up for 5 miles)

Off to get 2x new rotors tomorrow. I can only hope that will fix it.

I’ve had this as well, bad resonating through the whole frame. What I did was to put in a few more spacers to raise the calliper so only using the upper most part of the disc.

Obviously in theory this will lose power but I haven’t noticed anything and the noise has almost gone.

Yep im doing it. 24 hour solo. Although will only probably do 12 hours.

There is nothing wrong with the OS site – its your Browser or operating system. Its probably desined for the masses with whether you like it or not is Windows XP / 7 and Internet Explorer.

Although I say that the inner ring is nearly worn. recently (last 2/3 months) Ive mostly been riding the outer front aswell. whats YMMV?

njee20 – Its DMD. also, I could change cassette to 11 – 36 from the current 11 – 34. that would obviosuly make the hills alittle easier. But your right about the DMD. Any other options?

I used to have a 456 summer season in 18″ Awesome for going down hill on, not so good at going up. Also the BB rusted out.

Upgraded to Cove stiffee. in a different league to On one imho.
