Ive had switch hubs on AM rims about 3 months. Too early to tell just yet. Gunna rebuild the hubs with extra grease in the xmas break

I think the poor reviews were for superlegga hubs.

It took us 1:20 to get from Aviemore to Cairngorm on Saturday due to cars struggling to get up.

However, ONLY the top section of road is cleared by Cairngorm, which was perfectly clear.

The bottom section, cleared by bear, wasnt cleared and that caused all the problems.

I recently received the following mailer from superstar. It might be worth holding off pulling the trigger on their pedals… or it might not.

Holidays are coming… and we love them too! Look out for Superstar offers in your inbox over the coming weeks, we’ll be serving up some awesome offers for Christmas with discounts and combination deals!

I went for the traps over the poison option – the stench of a dead mouse is grim. I had to give in and rip up a wooden floor to retrieve one after week of the stink

Im ‘normal’ sized  but the Endura Gridlock waterproof overtrouser might be a suggestion. There is a kinda internal 2″ turnup held with poppers which can be unpopped to lengthen the leg

ibuprofen 3 times a day for 3-4 days will do you no harm and will hopefully ease the swelling

If you have a prolapsed disc, A&E wont be able to help you much more than a GP. And it would be a very uncomfortable few hours. Dose up on ibuprofen (or diclofenac sp?), get a comfy spot or the floor in front of the TV and watch some films.

Your missus can give you a checkup later today, and then see how you feel in a few days – if little improvement then you’ve probably a prolapsed disc and should go to the docs

    true story:

    – look behind and see a car gradually approaching me

    – signal right and gradually moved to right of lane, signalling all the time. car now behind me, going slow. lights 2 metres ahead amber

    – stop at light which has just turned red as pedestrian crosses. Right turn 10metres ahead. Car now stopped, waiting behind me. I look round at driver – he’s seen me. I continue signalling right for the duration of the red light

    – green light. I set off still in right hand of the lane. With right turn 5-10 metres ahead, again signal right until I reach the turn. car still slowly behind me

    – no traffic head so stop signalling, put hand on bars and immediately begin turning right

    – car decides that now is the perfect time to overtake me on the right (he’s going straight on)

    – knocks me off on the wrong side of the road

    – c0ck

Am I missing something here?? Im an utter noob at this mbking lark but have recently, for the very first time ever, fitted/removed two 1.5 headsets with a length of wood and a rubber mallet. What more is there to it?

last time i **** my back I was totally immobile for about 6 hours, passing out. Then, over a period of an hour I managed to slide about 10yards to get my phone to call nhs24 for a paramedic. Posted the keys out so she could come in.

I was given diclofenac and valium. Phoned up again an hour later cos I still couldnt move so she returned with a morphine shot, which did the trick (and is very more-ish!)

    Wow. That was fast. Thanks.

Disc IS mount. Slightly oversized holes like what Ton says. Sorry – Im a noob.

Yes, the threads are in the adaptor. However when I attach it and tighten there is still a bit of wobble – I need another 1/2 turn. I thought the mount needed facing but when I hold the mount against the frame without bolts it sits perfectly flush

edit: there is a bit of thread in there but the hole is slightly OS. I'll try a dab of loctite or similar which will probably sort it
