Of course they have to take it, it’s sterling, by law they must take it. It’s only ignorance that stops them.

    amazing how wrong you are

PLEASE, DO NOT PUT ANY FISH IN YET!

Google ‘cycling a fish tank’, which involves building up the good bacteria that turn harmful ammonia (from the fish waste) into harmful nitrite into not harmful nitrite. You will need an ‘API test kit’ to check the levels of these. Cycling a new tank WILL take 4 maybe even 6 weeks. Don’t add any fish until then.

The water also needs de-chlorinating, sometimes referred to a treating the water. ‘Seachem Prime’ is much more cost effective than any other product.

Do one if you want to be an academic or if you want a career that a PhD will benefit from. Else it a very expensive way to spend 3-4 years; paying fees and not earning

I used to be an academic, now (aged 39) in an analyst/statistical job in something totally unrelated but using the generic transferable skills. If I did it over I would stop at Masters but I did want a career as an academic at the time

This time of year, I am mixing things up by taking out the CX bike on some forest paths. Fun, in a different way, but without the mud-fest

search on here for the link to panasonic from amazon. pre-charged and hold there life like eneloop. About £4.50 for 4. I used to go with 7dayshop but the ‘hold charge’ ones don’t seem to too well

I previous got a prescription which turned out to be just peanut oil in a tiny bottle. Use olive oil. Lay on your side and drop it in and then leave it for half hour. Do the same the next day and then the wax will ease

Is KitKat much different to 4.3? It sounds only very small changes but smoother and smaller.

I’ve only had mine two days, but the seems to sum things up from a user expirience point of view.

The biggest change is certainly behind the scenes as google aim to make KK available on older devices

Serious answer as of a couple of months ago – Rapha. Merino blend that wicks well and regulates heat well

I hope neither, just a view that you’re entitled to disagree with.

Well, I’m gonna go out on a limb here and call the latter, you ****

Done. Just the 16GB, and in sensible black – I have an aversion to all things Apple or even Apple-like, spurred on just by iTunes screwing up my music catalogue once (and only once! deleted it after that!)

anyone know how wide the Scoop is relative to the Spoon?

I really like the Spoon but it is too wide for the road bike for some reason, although perfect on the MTBs

Mine arrived today from Lightmalls after 14 days. Tracking never worked for me.

UK charger. Bright! My 2-year old CREE thingy now looks positively weak in comparison, full seems somewhere just below medium on the X2
