Silver collar by the way. I have no idea what difference that makes though.

    Great price.

Mine came with the black collar. At that price i’d have still be happy if it was pink polka dots :-)

3 miles in and they were round my ankles

I thought the lack of silicone on the upper hem would be an issue however wearing them under the leg of my bibs seems good enough to hold them up.

They also seem plenty warm so far this winter.

Brant…have you guys found out what year this is and if it includes the bleed kit?

Too late for me though, already decided it was too good to miss out regardless :-)

I had to go via their Facebook link, before that it continued to show at £199.

do they even publish a list of winners?

I’d guess they’d have to provide a list if you asked!

Why would any sensible parent not cable tie the cord to the slats under the cot…

Been using the Angelcare for 2 years and jamesyjnr1 has never once gotten a hold of the cord, won’t hesitate to use it for jamesyjnr2!

You can’t help but wonder how some folk make it through life without instructions…

Budget (max borrowing) was £350,000 excluding his labour…

Can someone please make an offer on their original house so he can get the new one finished?

Don’t do it…at least not over the phone.
Use topcashback to join Sky and you will* get a huge kickback.
We got £55 just for transferring the broadband/phone a week or two after o2 announced they had sold out to sky.

    2 x dishwasher tablets + boil wash = clean washing machine :-)

Also if you use liquid you should revert to powder, liquid is responsible for the mould and smell, can’t remember how or why but Google told me so!

Large now up to £56 so the £12 must have been a mistake. Luckily I was in before the price went up but I’ll be surprised if the order is fulfilled.

PSA’s are great (bank balance aside), however surely the OP would be best to wait until their order is dispatched before announcing it to the masses!

That looks pretty neat, however (sorry in advance) will condensation not be your enemy due to a lack of ventilation between the insulation / polycarbonate sheets?

Going by the original post and the doors use for getting bikes in and out, it sounds like an external door between the garage and fresh air.
No step and no fire door required.
    Under a grand easily.

Is that not only applicable if the door is directly from the house?

Search your local Planning portal for extensions in your area and look at the plans to see who draughted them. Select 2/3 and get them round to give you a quote.
You will also need to give consideration as to how far you want the Architect / Technician to go. Do you want a basic design service, post contract support or full project management?
Another route is to speak with reputable builders in your area as they will have ‘pet’ Architect who feeds them work and vise verse. They may be able to provide a full service from design to completion.
For what its worth I wouldn’t pay over £1K.

Might be an idea to reveal your location for STW recommendations!

    Expanding on Dracs suggestion…
Do you have a smart phone?
Are your kids old enough to be trusted with it for the day?
If so, let them have it but first activate a ‘find my phone’ app then use a laptop to follow where they go.

Sure I read somewhere that the vessel cost £370m to construct and the salvage cost TO DATE is £500m and rising 8O

I wonder if the passengers get any personal belongings back which can be traced such as luggage, items in room safes etc. or if it all belongs to the salvage company?

Angelcare movement and sound monitor is all you need. We’ve used it for number 1 and it’ll be ready and waiting for number 2.
Video is all fine and well…but in no way necessary!

Not at all, makes you human!
Treat it as a game and do everything you can to get them to deviate from their script…what’s the weather like?…did you see Corrie last night?…that Susannah Reid on Strictly, she’s a bit of alright etc.

Other colours available. Got the light blue myself and can’t fault it. IIRC my head measured 59cm and I ended up with a M/L as the XL rotated on my head.

I took Jamesyjnr to the LBS for a look at the Zooom on Saturday. None in stock however he had a seat on a Cubie and was off with no tuition at all!
Needless to say a Zooom is now on order and I’m worried for my Strava segments…

My nephews both had a Stompee and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent quality and very durable. Great value too.

    That Stompee looks bad assed!

Tell me a bit more about it if you can…weight, size of brake lever for little hands and is there steering restriction?

Looks great for the price, although 35cm seat height surely rules out a lot of 2 year olds – my one only hit 35cm inside leg with shoes at about 2 and 9 months.

Going to measure him up tonight, he’s a tall lad…head buts me in the testicles every time he goes in for a cuddle 8O

Thanks for all the offers and recommendations.
LBS stocks Adventure so going to have a closer look at the Zooom rather than punt for something on line that we can’t see beforehand.

£1,000 to £1,200/m2 should get you completed extension including all sub trades.
Where does he stand on the VAT front?
