I like the looks of the 5 its not the prettiest but I find the turners as ugly as sin , mass marketed gop them turners , ha ha .

get the intense lovely bike and can be ridden all day , mate of.mine has an intense and has had no problems apart from changing the bushings every 12 months. don't listen to that David bloke above he is a total internerd knob who thinks he knows it all

look to get the best frame and forks you can at this price , wheels you can allways upgrade them later . the crush is a great bike and the wheels on mine have been ok so far unlike the flexy wheels on the boardman…

did the op mither the designer ? no I think u may find . I for one was interested In knowing the difference between the two and the op asked the forum, isn't that what stw is all about? or have I got the wrong forum ?

It's not really sarkey. It's more a dissapointment
that the work that designers put into things
aren't really picked up by people sometimes.

    where's the violins…

he was asking a question your response was uncalled for. I for one have looked at your frames and considered buying one , but for me that just wouldn't happen now after reading this, you've come across as a total arse

good luck finding one , I'm 6ft 1 " and I've got a 17 " its the right size for me but the top tubes a little short, changing the stem to a 70 mm and a seatpost with 20 mm setback solved this

my bikes an orange crush 17 " I've got an 18 " five which is perfect for reach. the crush is the perfect size height wise ( I've got an inch and a half before the maximum insertion line ) but I feel like I'm going to fall off over the front sometimes, the stem is only 55 mm BTW

just got mine first ride today , agree the 17" id short think I may get a layback post. lots of teething problems with it tho , brake caliber was loose ! but think it will take me a bit of time to get use to riding a hardtail again … missed my 5 to be honest …
