Sorry I meant fore and aft stiffness, not firmer spring

The On-One is nice except I had issues with mine with a Pro2 hub – could never get the damn wheel out easily even with the skewer removed – had to use too much brute force than I liked so I sold them in the end – perhaps I had just had a bad one though

If you weren’t certain you would be less than 3 hours why not just pay for longer to begin with?

I could get my bike with wheels on into my A6 Avant with the seats down. Seats up it had to be both wheels off – the boot isn’t as big as you might think

Dunno really, like Chunky I’ve probably read somewhere that it “should” be air/air or coil/coil

It narks me as well. They did something similar to the bridleway up Lantern Pike years ago – with all due respect I could not imagine someone in a wheelchair going up there.

Maybe it’s to prevent erosion!? H&S issues? Maybe they had some cash to use or lose?

Weber gas here after years of charcoal. Not convinced it tastes any worse but have a lot more bbqs now and temp is much more controllable.

The lever feel is rather soft compared to previous Shimano brakes I’ve used. Supposed to be tricky to bleed too. But really pleased with mine.

I did with Hope floaters, CK hub and Fox forks. Changed to Pro2 hub and same issue. Changed to non-floating rotors and issue has gone away.

No don’t bother – Rebas are good forks and not especially heavy anyway – if you were going to go rigid about 6 months from now would be a better time to protect your Rebas from the winter weather and give your hands softer ground with a rigid fork
