Ive got one, but I’ve not had chance for a proper ride yet! The ever reliable road test feels good though.

I’m 6ft on a large race, and my mate is 5ft 10 ish I think and also on a large. Both of us find them fine and wouldn’t want any smaller. In Southampton unfortunately no too far to let you try. I don’t think the race sizing is as big as everyone wants you to believe really.

In response to honourablegeorge, I’m one of them in the uk waiting for a fastforward. Week 17-28 too for a large black

The shock yt told you doesn’t match up to whats on my wicked 150 (26) thats sat in the garage. It says 200×57 in a LH tune on the standard monarch rt3 that came with it.

Likelihood is you’ve got an old shapeshifter, canyon are meant to have redesigned the seals and stuff in them and given them a new part number. Hopefully it should fix the problems with them!

If you decide to start again, the best video I’ve found is this one:

    http://www.pinkbike.com/news/tech-tuesday-sram-rear-derailleur-adjustments-2010.html

Works for 9/10/11 speed and I reckon its fairly easy to follow.

Their Twitter is saying that they are working on the last issue at the minute and then they will just be a website, not a digital mag like I thought there was going to be.

We stayed here last August. Chalet was nice although the pool was a bit cold as I think they had heating problems with it. Wouldn’t say it was the most accessible to Morzine though as it was a little bit up route d’Avoriaz so you’d ideally need a car to get in/out of Morzine. Nice views looking over towards the Pleney though!

Thinking of heading up from Southampton too for this, worth the 5 hour trip each way?

A spray of WD40 and a quick up and down the road test and it seems to have gone away for now.

Grey ones pictured on CRC are the old style ace shorts that, iirc, they we selling off a lot cheaper not long ago. The ones you’ve got are the new style.

I have a bent one in the same place on my turbine outer ring. Running an e13 TRS with taco so I can’t see how I have done it either.

Are the pads not the same for both sizes? Just come in thick and thin I think?

I ordered a pair of evo’s and rage in the 661 private sale on crc a couple of months back. Ended up keeping the evo’s as they are not as bulky as the rage and seem to fit a lot comfier.

Brought one in October, payed by bank transfer. Delivery time was 10 days from sending payment. Pretty sure their Facebook page said that they are now accepting Paypal as well.

Presume you have seen it for €1599 on YT?

Did the passportes on a C456 with revelations. Managed to do it but my wrists were killing by the end!

If he is put off the YT by postage times, my wicked 150 took 7 days from YT receiving the payment to it being with me when I got it a couple of months ago.

I’m about 5.11 and have the medium, coming from a large C456. Thought I would need a large but sat on a medium at the passportes and it was fine for me. Not really any bad points about the bike I can think of. The weight is good. Suspension all works well and the monarch doesn’t ‘bob’ with the pedal mode on. 2 step revs are also quite handy for hill riding!

Never ridden one, but the frame seems quite similar to a lapierre.

Got the standard 150. Took 7 days from YT receiving the payment to it being with me (I am in England.) All seems good quality, especially for the price.

    I use 18-12 with a front freewheel on my 20″. 26’s generally use 18-14/15 I think.

Had a look at these in my local kayak shop. The soles are extremely rigid on them so probably won’t be too good for cycling!

    Would love a medium! :D
