Are you mixing the two lots of mince together in a bucket afterwards?

"You big girl! Ryvita have no known nutritional value. They are one down from carpet tiles and two down from shredded wheat! You can't bring ryvita into a gluttony fight!"

Ah but you see, the ryvita is merely the Mayo delivery system which has to be about an inch thick 🙂

Oh and eggs, bought a big carton of eggs on friday and have eaten mountains of french toast with bacon and maple syrup since, whoops.

    hmmm, ryvita.

Not so bad on their own but I have to cover them in hummus and pickled onions or mayo and eat about six at a time.

26 packs of crisps? yup, you've eaten about twenty three before you realise.

Not really no……… that's why I said it's ok for other people to like it but we didn't.

Battlefield Los Angeles is going to be visually stunning however, but I suspect a bit slim on plot or common sense.:)

I liked it much more than I expected to, but I did find the text, map, word thing a little intrusive and found it tended to gnaw at my suspension of disbelief, but it's a very minor thing and probably just me 🙂

To be honest, I was pretty impressed with the Bear, more than averagely impressed with the stabilsers as well, well done Mrs Toast 🙂

"Sounds like you have the attention span of a child "

Not really, expected better but just thought it was cack, and pitched intellectually at about the level of a child and simply not engaging enough for me. My wife is a Bafta winning and Oscar nominated vfx supervisor and reckoned the effects were by and large average but extensive, and she should know cos she did some of 'em.:)

I'm not saying you don't have to like it, I'm jus saying we didn't.:)

Mrs toast's effort is truly the most delightful thing I've seen for a long time 🙂

What R2 said, I used to get exactly the same till fitting a set of grips from Decathlon that offered specific support and cushioning for the ulnar nerve, problem went away.

Effects heavy, Leaden and full of idiotic mcguffins, the Wife and I got bored at about the forty minute mark and went for a mexican instead. Enjoyed that much more.

Oh and the last time, I was stood on a snooker table in an Irish pub in Liverpool throwing snooker balls and shouting "Come and get it you Fenian f***rs"

Not in fact one of my better ideas at all.

I'm bi polar, lose it completely and get sectioned about once a year on average, nowt to be proud of though. 🙁

"There are some seriously scary and mental people on here."

Not after me being repeatedly on a locked Psychiatric ward and pumped full of chlopromazine they're not, they'd barely even raise an eyebrow round here.

I would imagine that parading her pain and misfortune across an cyclist's internet forum for no readily apparent reason would be a great help.:)

Figure out components we need, pick the most nichetastic representative of each we can, and then fasten them all together using absurdly expensive and specialised tools.Ride it as rarely as possible. Buy a Passat.

"Killing two birds with one stone" Have you ever tried even hitting one bird with a stone? The chances of fatally hitting one moving bird and then following on with a fatal ricochet to another has got to be a lot harder than just bloody doing the two jobs in the first place surely?

I reckon you'd have to brick tens of thousands of birds before you got lucky.

If you had a complete inability to deal with authority, you'd not be a manager now, it does sound like you're not used to being managed though, unfortunately,it's what you're paid for, find out exactly what he expects from you, how he expects you to do it and exactly what feedback he needs and when. Get it in writing,Get on with it.

I know quite a few prop and model makers for film and tv, and they reckon they now have to put a lot more work in cos HD, having about five or so times the number of pixels as sd does pickout flaws in the build or frame that sd would not have done.

My wife works in vfx for film and tv and she says pretty much exactly the same, and she's been on teams that have won Emmys and have been nominated for Oscars, so I'm just going to agree with what she says.:)

Critizises other people's cheaper kit and choices, but only rides a badly maintanied but expensively purchased bike once a month?

That's pretty much it surely? As opposed to somebidy who will ride anybike, anywhere just for the sheer F88koffedness of it

If you cop for a ban, you still have a logon.

ALso, if your thread is really dull you can argue with yourself(or congratulate yourself in an appaling orgy of self congratulation, thus leading to you slapping your own back) to keep it going, or to discourage people whom may have disagreed with the best hobbit, bond film, tool for turning screws etc.

"Seriously hope I haven't put them off. It's not every day you get shown around the woods by a mad woman on a silly bike.

People get frightened by this place, dunno why. But of course I only ride shonky bikes so what do I know? "

Actually, you've made it sound a lot more attractive than it did before, and anyway, shonky bikes rule 🙂

"One thing to note, dirt jumping bikes are absolutely brilliant for just knocking about on. Every ride down the shops is an assault course, every trip to the park with the kids is a trials event. Enjoy! "

Hell yes, I'd like a 24, but I use it to commute and generally mess about on, so it's a 26. 80mm travel on cheap forks ,to me,longevity is more important than feel or coil or rebound rate or any of that xc guff, mechanical disk at the front, v at the rear. Indestructible but heavy rims, Maxxis hookworms. Bounces off pretty much anything it hits or hits it. Love it around town.

Any remake of "The Seven Samurai" especially a Bug's life, The magnificent seven was pretty damn poor as well.

Kurosawa's Stunning "The Hidden Fortress" was ripped off pretty much scene for scene for Star Wars. which imho was churned into to just another ( admittedly with high production values) space opera.

If you want read more, simply google "oil" "minerals" and "Afghanistan"

As long as you enjoy it, that's the main thing I'd say 🙂 It's too easy to get hung up on gear, amps, effects and all that tat and forget to have fun playing it.

    Carry on 🙂
