Possibly one of the most misguided things I have ever read on here 🙂

I hate front mechs, pretty much anything on my bikes, I can do first time every time and it works, just needs a little fettling. Front mechs drive me up the effing wall.

The Parallel adjustment screw can actually cause the poles to reverse if you are not careful.

"Do you think it was because he was Welsh? "

We're smaller up here apparently, so it could just be he was the only person in London to fit in a holdall.

Slowly and with a meat saw, come on we've all done it…….

Depending on the month and what work one or other of us is doing, we either live in London or Bramhall, we quite like both for differing reasons.

Get a big peice of lead plate cut neatly to shape and pop rivet it on. If you wire wool it, it will be a similiar match tonally as well.

Yup, Decathlon. I've had some stupidly pricey techno doodad ones in the past and the Decathlon ones are really good value for money. Just make sure they are a comfy fit without being too tight and you'll be fine unless you are doing really seriously arsey technical stuff.

"I often judge the caliber of a new pub I go into by checking the quality of the watches on display..Good quality watches and you're in a place full of tedious image obsessed middle managers, desparately trying to flaunt their middle middle class credential asshats who will bore you senseless about their watch/car/bike/microwave the best route to Reading etc".

I choose my pubs by the quality of the beer and the service frankly. 🙂

Will you be spending more time in the house looking out, or more time outside the house looking in?

Choose a house with pretty neighbour's houses and you get to look at theirs at no extra cost. My Dad always used to reckon you were better buying the house you can see the thatched cottage from, than the thatched cottage, if you see what I mean. I have no F*****G idea what my point is anymore.

I think it's because you a hypocritical, tedious and self aggrandising cockweasel with poor debating skills, and a hugely over inflated sense of how incisive and witty you are and many people cannot be bothered to argue with you, So it's easier and funnier just to tag you.

    That's what I think anyway.:)

It gets very hot indeed, We only spent about two days there but I bought some really nice trainers in Bangalore,if you give beggars money, they mither you for more, it's not the end of the world.

Cars are boring, tuk tuks are dirt cheap if you make a deal to go off the meter and just agree a price.

India Is generally brilliant, my wife and I worked out there for a few years, it delights and disgusts in equal measure from one minute to the next though. Everything involving any kind of bureacracy can be a bit long winded though.

I rode a mates a couple of weeks back, loved it, seems to be great value for money, overall apart from a few minor things (like the welding) it feels more expensive than it is. Ordered an 18 inch and some bb7s yesterday.

It may well get geared though as I like my knees as they are and I don't have a beard, or drink nichetabulous beers.

"used 1210s when I used to DJ as a youngun, was never *that* impressed with the quality through a hifi amp / phones, and I've no need for frippery like direct drive or pitch control "

And quite right too, if you're a jobbing dj, they're a damn good choice, spin up speed is great, indestructible, however for home listening, pretty awful, through almost any amp you can hear the motor churning away through the dd, and the standard non fluid damped tonearm is pretty poor by rega/project standards.

Second hand ones generally will either have been trashed by bedroom djs and will have had Stanton/ortofon cartridges fitted badly trashing the arm, used by jobbing djs and battered but functional, or will have been really well looked after and still cost a fortune.

The back pressure from the exhaust, as long as the motor is going should hopefully provide enough pressure to stop water making it's way up the tailpipe.

Oh and whether or not you intended it, it looks quite a lot like brown nosing and trying to undermine your line manager in his absence as well to be fair.

So what you are saying is that effectively you've e-mailed your MD and your line manager and told them that you have no initiative or common sense and are incapable of working without adult supervision?

Thus pissing your line manager off whilst he's on holiday and your MD cos he now has to sort you and your line manager's inability to fucntion effectively together.

    Well done that man.

Yup, my brother was a life coach and a vicar and he got sacked from being a vicar, I mean how incompetent to you have to be to get sacked as a vicar?

And he's a odious money grabbing little t**t, I'd take his advice on nowt.

    Does that help?

I have a huge infected boil about the size of a unshelled peanut between my right testicle and my thigh, so mostly sitting with my feet as far apart as I can get them, taking anti-biotics, with a rotary fan pointed between my legs.

Not a lot else I suspect this weekend, which is a pity.

Yup, but stick with the basic bread recipe for a while, and try just changing the amounts of salt, yeast and sugar you put in by small amounts, but keep track of what you've done,so you know what difference chages are making. It can vary from one machine to the next, what flour your'e using, allsorts really.

Then go for cinnamon raisin bread, timed bake so it's ready about three minutes before you need it, great smell to be woken up to 🙂

My ex wife has a nissan almera tino, she reckon's other than being a bit "lardy" in corners, it's the dogs doodads, fairly cheap to pickup and owner reviews reckon they go on for ever. Personally I think it looks like a turd on a roller skate but hey ho 🙂

If you buy a new one, kids will demolish all the trays, fittings and cup holders etc. that move within hours anyway, so you may as well buy pre trashed.
