We have a few wild theories that he is a murderer and comes back to bury / dispose of bodies in the garden and feed his hostages.

house next street over currently empty known as the murder house cos that’s what happened! police found bits of body in flower pots and under the floor strangely not under patio. So you might be right😱

Next door have an ivy fetish .. built a screen wall ( 1970s ‘see through’concrete must be 2m on their side! ) then planted ivy against it ivy is now a foot higher than wall ivy is kept trimmed on their side we have to trim their bush 2or3 times a year small tree in their front garden is now fully covered in the bloody stuff. They also keep 2of 5cars in their double garage now that is weird 🤦‍♂️which leaves a lawn of 3x5m cut by large petrol mower !

In the light of advice above I think I shall retire my harness 1976 whillans sit harness

That harness certainly divides opinion, and often other things.
Some near misses but 3 kids show all in good order!
Also I seem to remember having to tie in using a bowline? Or am I dreaming that bit single handed bowline was always a good challenge in scouts one handed activities still a challenge 😉

We pay about £3-400 per 20t load carted off site legit carriers inert spoil. Say one wagon making say 5 loads per day possible 5 wagons on turnaround 25 x£300 £7.5k per day clearly less legit operations could dump that in a field dodging any SAS teams cost for contaminated spoil £000s per load easy money little no risk but if we won’t go after water companies etc dumping vast amounts of shite into rivers what chance a 2 minutes manoeuvre to tip a load getting convicted?

All of the floors we install are beam n block all have a 200 m void minimum under all are insulated and screeded over b n b
Some need gas barriers but none are insulated under most blocks are standard sizes so could be broken out to allow access (440mm)and replaced easily you can get through 440mm can’t you? TLDR insulation over b n b

Lots of the above but was quite seasonal summer was bikes down the old rail lines to the track in the woods on or in the river on the commando course climbing along roots etc till someone fell in bottle fishing rafts
Autumn catapult/ acorn fights( head shots allowed by accident) trees swings season peak was fireworks we could actually buy them as kids 😵 down drains rockets up the slide or in end of handlebar break open bangers to make genies clubbed together to make a jam jar banger bomb we have kept 2of 3 kids away from most of that nonsense

The big question in this is why are we still building homes on known floodplains there are 100s going up near the Calder in Wakefield within a few metres of the normal bank and river level they will flood at some time soon…we are high enough up to not be affected directly but when our surface water has nowhere to go there will be problems I’m sure they will sort it all out at cop27😉

Make a start , seems to be the thing
I got sent out to put in some foundations on a project that was running out of PP it was some years ago now but still seems to be a thing may be a more expensive option than just reapplying?
