Go online and try and find the customer services or operations director's email address. Its probably not published, but look at the directors listing in the company's annual report then figure out the company's standard email format eg: <surname>.<forename> @ <company> .com .

Then email him/her direct with your issues.

Best way to catch lobster/crab is to put down a pot. Allegedly baiting it with a punctured tin of tuna is best as that means the first crab.lobster in doesn't scoff all your bait. Have tried it but I've never caught anything worth eating.

Was out there last year.
Plenty of razor clams out there, various methods to catch them, see YouTube.
Cracking lobsters too, but I just went and bought them off the local fisherman, maybe not quite the hunter gathering experience you're looking for but a lot cheaper and fresher than Waitrose.

If you know its gonna be a sunny day, but you know the trail is gonna be wet, or there might be a bit of boggy hike-a-bike. Then SealSkinz and shorts seem like a sensible combo to me?

Pretty good unless its really chucking it down and you're in shorts.
Then I find the water tends to down my leg and collects in the socks.

avon skin so soft as a midge repellant. ok you might end up smelling like an old lady, but it genuinely does work. Plus it doesnt rot your kit or render you blind when your sweat runs into your eyes.

591's are good but if your precious of your bike's paint job a put bit of H-Tape around the downtube where the clamp goes, as there's always a bit of play and a muddy gritty frame in there will get scoured pretty quick.

Just ignore them FFS. We had 100s of bats in our old house, didn't do any harm…..except when we left the covers off of the water tank and we ended up with several rotting bats in there.
My guess is that blocking up the hole would actually be illegal (not to mention a tad cruel)

And before anyone starts about Rabies – No it wont be that kind of bat !
